I usually just check out Z eggs in AP and throw it back if it's not CB, but this 4G SAltkin, the 2Gs in the lineage make a sort of color gradation! Thanks, @Sunfeathers!

Firstly, thanks to Lullakai for https://dragcave.net/lineage/ez6jL I've been breeding that particular combination since 2015 and didn't know anyone else had gone for the same idea, as it's fairly unusual (and takes forever)! Ah, that brings back memories! I don't know if you were around for it (I guess not on the forum?), but there was a time turpentines couldn't breed with moonstones or ridgewings! (I still cherish the line I have descending from the first successful Turpentine x Moonstone breeding. )

 

Turpentine x Ridgewing combos make me smile even for that reason alone. I also really enjoy Ridgewings and Turpentines. So I'm glad to see people enjoying and promoting the combo in here!

Aw you're welcome, @Fly-by-Night! 😁 Turps and Ridgewings are such a gorgeous combo, even if trying to breed them is just a nightmare of wrong eggs and rejections! I only got to 4th gen before getting distracted by other projects. I'd definitely be interested in some swaps when I get around to it again.

Haha, same here. With the Tanturps, fourth gen is quite an achievement, though.

I started breeding mine again after finding your egg, and maybe I'll be more perseverant this time!
