(I dont blame them for inbreeding it, for I can symphasize with nebulas not coloring right!! Grr *reminded of past projects*)

 

Speaking of which, I acquired this ( http://dragcave.net/lineage/QlAD4 ) the other day. I am praying and praying that it turns blue >.< because then I would be the FIRST one to get a proper gender/checker nebula from that pairing x3

Hmmm, what do you guys think Sunstone x Lumina and Turpentine x Lumina lineages look like? I'm half tempted to start up two new lineages with them, but Luminas and Turpentines seem to be a bit thin on the ground lately, so I'm wondering which would be better to start.

Congrats! I don't suppose I could ply you for a sibling? I have an 8th gen (scroll only) guardian that could use a temp mate while I collect/breed more. I'd be happy to do a trade of 8th gens.

It'll take me a bit longer to get this to 8th gen, but of course, once I get there, I will gift siblings to anyone who wants one.

Personally, I would mirror it. But maybe it's because I can't plan stuff with gradients (moving I red/yellow). But if you do mirror it, you'll have a nice Magma pair that'll definitely give you a Magma if they produce an egg

I really like your guardian x moonstone! Congrats on a project finished!

 

The tangar and frilled look very nice together. Though if you make it too big the frilleds might be overwhelmed by tangars, so you might consider not to make it too big.

 

And tell me about it! Tan ridgewings (or any lineages that involves different colouration of a species) is just a pain in the behind! My royal blue x tan project is still on a stand-still, with no tans bred at all! Gah! Obviously 6 pairs of cbs are just not enough to produce one tan... *sigh* Good luck with it if you ever decide to venture in.

No, all the CB dragons in the lineage need to make a straight line down the right side. No empty spaces like you have in that one.

I think the frill x tangar looks very nice.

 

Guardian and moonstone are two of my fave dragons, so I like them in the lineage together. I like short projects, too, but I usually carry mine to gen 4. But congrats for a completed project. That always feels good -- and there are always plenty of others to start!

@Lolchen: That Tangar x Frill lineage is very ingenious. Never would have thought of putting tangars into a lineage like that.

 

Finally got a 4th gen egg from my Spitfire x Waterhorse checker. TuT

I'm on my way to making it a mate, but spitfires have been more difficult to come by through breeding since the release of the UV dragons.

 

Additionally I finally got a female magi I needed and now just need to get a male water to produce a shallow water with this lineage. There are plans to also make a 4th gen albino x skywing and albino x deepsea to eventually produce a bluna mate. :3

 

I've also added more 3rd gen checker producing pairs to my scroll. Picking up 2nd gens from the ap and making mates for them has become pretty enjoyable and a fun way to find pretty new combos.
