Hi everybody! *waves to the even gen community at large* I took a long hiatus from DC but I'm giving it another try now and my beloved Ridgewings have apparently missed me and said "Welcome back, mom! We give you two pure Tan eggs and a pure Purple egg!" Eeeee!

My Stripes, in contrast, said "Oh, it's you. We thought you were done bothering us. No right colors for you." Some things never change, I see.

I wish mine were that nice... I have IOUs but all they give me is Purple or even no egg.

 

And I have finally caved in and started a Nebula project where I need the right colors...

I never liked the "old" or the "new" color combination, but I fell in love with this:

Wow, congrats Dragonpuck! That's lots of red dorsals. o_o

Sycamore - jumping on the tri-horn/swallowtail bandwagon here, thats lovely.  Never been a huge fan of swallowtails, so I never even considered them as a mate.  But it really is quite perfect!

I shamelessly stole the pairing from the breeding thread that was started just after the Tri-horn release. My other favorite was (male) Ice x (female) Tri-horn, but that's definitely out of my reach, at the moment.

 

She'll have to be satisfied with her PB cousin for a long time.

Snap! I'm doing a project like that, with PurplexRed and GreenxBlue. Each colour pairing is going down to 4th gen, then combined with each other and then this for a 6th gen: http://dragcave.net/lineage/UKGtG It's hard work, I took nearly a year, but it's worth it in the end I found that there's times where you get nothing but Blue and Purple, and other times they all alt - you just have to hope your breeding schedule coincides lol. I've already started collecting CBs to take it to 7th gen!

Finally got this. I couldn't believe how long it took to get a pink! I am hoping to get another pink for the

next generation http://www.coup-detat.info/NDER/Lineage.ph...ate=VCduX&style[bg]=y&style[border]=n which will then mate with this.

 

I don't think it is possible, with the dragons currently available in the cave, to carry this to another generation.

 

Do you see what is unique about it? It was kind of fun to do, but harder than it may look.

Since it took so long to get a pink I will have to go back and try to rebreed the bluna part of it. *sigh*
