Posted March 4, 2013 Oy, I'm afraid my highest gen is 5 atm. I could fuse them for 6 but they'd be mismatched. Gifting and pretties and new eggs! I'm thinking they look somewhat like beaten copper. The color so far, is a bit similar to sunstones. As rare as they are, I'm not sure I want to try going for 16 for a 1 gender even-gen. But I may try for 8 so I could potentially do a mirror. Will depend after I see the adults. I <3 copper but pink is hit or miss with me. And they look a tad pinkish. Share this post Link to post

I am looking for an 8th gen right now, and while the Nocturne is lovely, I'm really looking for a mate with more...variance? I know, I'm super picky, which is difficult when dealing with these higher gens. :x The 7th gens you both have right now are amazing. I'm having trouble finding lineages to mix and match that won't end up in them being related. ; Let me get back to you both when I've had more time to look through them and find something that will work...I'll be more that happy to breed in exchange! That pairing wouldn't help Cirvihi as their tinsel is from Cayvyn's line. As for my black, I had more a metalic checkerish in mind. That boy was a lucky catch in the AP as are most of my metalic checkers. I often end up finding mates if I am patient. Both of his parents were AP catches. I had been thinking about trying to do a magma orange staircase to give myself more teleports, but I have a ton of cb red nebulas sitting around. And with the current rush of cb trios, maybe I can get them mates! I really like how the extra black makes the flames a little brighter. Anyone else spazzing at all the uncommon cbs in the cave? Ices and Stripes and Blacks! Oh My! I may try to catch an extra metal to maybe trade for some of those cb hatchies. Though if TJ releases more frequently, I may not have time to lineage them. In the past few days I've probably caught more uncommons/rares than I've done all year. p: But on that note I've also been incredibly egg-locked, which is no good for breeding my even-gens. But at least they decided to play nice and give me exactly what I wanted today! I had to rebreed the purple when the last one refused. & it looks like we'll be getting 2 new releases on the first Sunday of each month if things go to schedule from now on, so I'm looking forward to that!
