Posted November 29, 2014 I feel like I'm going to poke the sleeping dragon by saying that the lack of a new release does not bother me. It means I can work on my collecting and breeding without worrying about collecting new eggs. Of course there is still one day in November, so, who knows? Share this post Link to post
Posted November 29, 2014 I could work on other stuff too, but it makes the time between actual new releases not counting holidays very long. The events are fun and the holiday breeding period and new holiday dragons are great, but there's still a long wait between Halloween and Christmas if there aren't new dragons. Plus we can only get two of the new Christmas dragon. Then there's another long wait after Christmas before the Valentines dragon appears. So we go from the September release to the March release with no new cave dragons. 5 months is a very long time. Having a November release helped break that up. And no, the raffle dragons don't count. Share this post Link to post
Posted November 29, 2014 Agreed. Its nice to have time to hunt and breed for rares and other breeds. And even start on some lineages I've been planning on. But it does get a little stale just doing that after a while. So a November release TOMORROW would be nice for me because then I would have a week to hunt, breed and trade the new release. Or even just more breeds released during a release like 3-4 breeds, or maybe even multiple releases in a month with only 1-2 breeds each release? Share this post Link to post

Which is my choice, absolutely - but the lack of announced releases really has been killing half my Dragon Cave use. I don't mind there being no release, I would have plenty to do, I just can't get myself to do it because there's no announcement. Anyway, don't get me wrong - I'm not upset or angry at it, just a bit sad and frustrated (and feeling very silly and stupid). I'll be waiting until Monday to start catching or breeding in earnest again and it feels a bit like a waste of time. I do recognise it's self-inflicted, though. Share this post Link to post

It's not like there was a suggestion thread about it. Sorry, but me. I felt it was more fun with the releases being random. (I think there may have been a couple of other people who agreed, though I can see most people aren't happy with it.) I don't think it was users complaining that got it stopped though. Posted November 30, 2014 This suspense is causing me to dream about releases each night and waking up at ungodly hours just to check the news section.
