Today was the first day I've felt somewhat happy in a long time. I was excited to come home. I'm starting to get used to living on my own. It's nice. I don't have to listen to him whine and complain about every little thing anymore, I don't have to answer to anyone. I am slowly growing up. Finally. Instead of being forced to grow up by someone else, I am doing it on my own, at my own pace.

 

And my birthday is in less than a week and it's going to be awesome.

 

I'm sure not every day is going to feel like this but in a month or two when I'm used to all of this, it will get better.

There is a question that weighs heavily upon my mind right now on what should be a perfect day off. I must refrain from even thinking about it. It does baffle me really how being home all day and awake miss a UPS delivery. The doorbell works just perfectly and clearly labeled too.
