Posted January 11, 2016 (edited) There are some users who have that "new" view of DC (https://forums.dragcave.net/index.php?showtopic=172974&st=0) and they only see one line of Caligenes (see also the Encyclopedia Helpers - https://forums.dragcave.net/index.php?showt...c=164308&st=600) - perhaps, could that be the reason you both (purplehaze and Socky) don't see the 2nd line? That's a good thought, but for reasons I won't get into, I'll say that the encyclopedia/caligenes may be related to that (although I kind of doubt it) but is not directly correlated. Today I'm back to the normal old one. With the new view page my encyclopedia didn't count the views when observing dragons so if there were a 2nd line for Caligenes I just couldn't unlock it. Today I'm back on the old normal view and was able to unlock the 2nd line with observing Infinis Alts. Maybe you also want to try? Share this post Link to post

Just wanting to add, I viewed some alts and got spriter alt caligenes in my encyclopaedia as well. (I did not get the new view, but I'm using the dino cave skin) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Edit: a question! I just noticed that while the other dragons are numbered (not sure how, but numbers 1 to 141 are taken. In contrast, Caligenes and Aegises are 1583 and 1584, respectively. Anyone know why? Posted January 11, 2016 (edited) Looks like the new /view/ page has also turned up in my browsing of Dragon Cave now. I'm a little disoriented by it, though, because I can barely read the 'Owner:', 'Laid on:', 'Overall views:' et cetera labels, since they're dark brown even though I'm using the Portal 2 skin (i.e. dark on dark). Forcing a proper reload does nothing in this regard. Is that just me or is it happening to anyone else? If latter, is it worth making a suggestion topic about? Can anyone explain when/why? ~Singa Prize raffles were never a guaranteed thing, they were always announced as "we're having a prize raffle this year". And last Christmas, no raffle was announced so none happened. We can only speculate on the reasons, only TJ knows - it's his choice. TJ would have been the one to make that decision, but made no announcement one way or the other, so we can't know why. by Lastalda, but yeah, what she said. I was mostly wondering because I never saw a post about it, and I thought I might have missed some big announcement. Pity that it has stopped. I hope that one day Dragon Cave could have another Christmas raffle. It doesn't have to be prize dragons, it could be like a "Metal raffle" to get a change to get CB Metals or something. Posted January 11, 2016 I still think TJ should have made a specific statement that there was to be no raffle, or that it would be delayed. I suppose I just value userbase communication more as an admin. But I don't see any good reason to hope for the raffle at this point. He MIGHT pull it out for 10th birthday but I personally find that to be unlikely. Has anyone noticed the sudden vanishing of Lunars? they were really easy to get for ages but since Christmas ended I haven't seen one. Share this post Link to post

Posted January 11, 2016 I'm apparently really bad with searching and wanted to know if there happens to be some sort of thread for presenting various new topics that you wish to post to the forum (such as original works, trade threads, breeding projects... etc.) and get some opinions/help fleshing them out?
