Posted September 1, 2012 My marrows are tied up for this week sadly. Btw, I finally reached my goal of 16 CB Blusangs. Hopefully, all will correctly gender male. But, I don't have mates for the vast majority of them yet. So, most will be sitting idle unless I use them as gifting and trade fodder. Well, at least after I get my purebred 3rd gen and frozen hatchies. But I'll put a post up here when my teleports and males are refreshed/growed up and see if I can help some of those along. Got to love how they chose to breed when I least expected (and kinda was hoping they wouldn't so I could breed more trade stuff =p). x3 I like how their names all "match" ('Trojan' was kindly gifted to me <3) which is why this is about as far as I'm taking this one, lul. I love GWs and RBs. Plus I'd need to get more CB GWs if I were to attempt anything on a large scale. Posted September 1, 2012 (edited) Ok, so, everyone needs a stupidly large and over-ambitious project to keep them busy, right? Well, here's my latest: It's a rainbow lineage (I've totally been bitten by the rainbow bug), in which I plan to breed two sets of 4th gens that are purely a single colour (white, violet, indigo, blue, green, yellow, orange, red), then breed them together into a massive 8th gen rainbow lineage. Yes, I'm questioning my own sanity too! (I'm also leaving the red and orange sections until last, in the hope that more red- and orange-coloured breeds get released and I don't have to try and get 2nd gens from Hollies and Tinsels...) Anyway, the nature of this project means that I can't do it all myself (I have a depressing lack of CB Silvers, for starters). Below is a list of 2nd gens that I can't breed myself. If anyone can help me out with them, I will be enormously grateful (and as always I'm very happy to breed in return). 2nd gen Lumina from male Silver x 1 2nd gen Lumina from female Silver x 2 2nd gen Vine from female Frill x2 2nd gen Brimstone from male Gold x 1 2nd gen Brimstone from female Gold x 1 2nd gen Sunstone from male bronze Tinsel x 2 2nd gen Sunstone from female Bronze Tinsel x 2 2nd gen Red from male Holly x 2 2nd gen Red from female Holly x 2 (I sincerely doubt that I'll get the Holly or Tinsel pairings, but it helps me to know what I need for this epic effort.) Posted September 1, 2012 I've seen several really good code lineages lately. I didn't realize there were so many out there. Maybe it's just that they take longer to set up? The Sunrise/moonstone is lovely. I like female moonstones quite a bit but I went with males for my first checker. Someday, I will go back and get matching females. I'm trying to find someone in possession of a 2nd gen val09 from a x gold pairing for valentines (yes I'm planning in advance already ) to get a 3rd gen checker that pairing. I don't mind either swapping a gold (I have the gold hatchling available now as my part of the bloodswap) or a val09, but I'm leaning towards swapping the valentines. Hopefully I'll be able to find this guy a mate!
