This was the song that launched one man's career, a parody of The Knack's hit song My Sharona, recorded a bathroom by an accordian-playing geek at Cal Poly way back in 1979 and sent in to Dr. Demento where it quickly became a listener favorite. The Knack's lead singer enjoyed the parody so much that he personally suggested Capitol Records release it as a single... and so it happened that a humble architecture student became THE name in parody music, Weird Al Yankovic. I don't count family tree lineages since it's a different form of reference, and more along the lines of what lineages are originally used for. Songs from books certainly count!
