I had a look at the Wiki but didn't get much help there because I don't have time to go through every likely looking dragon. Presumably we're looking for legless water-based dragons? But not all water-loving dragons are found on the coast, so there's no point searching under biome... Has TJ confirmed a definitive list, or is this part of the challenge? Look at your encyclopedia, it says after the breed name what type it is. Think the ones that qualify for sea serpent are bailaka, water, deep sea, and shallow water. edit: Almost forget, *grabs no win cookie*. Grats winners!
