On the upside, I'm getting more metals than commons. It feels like one is breeding 'rare to rare' all the time lol

With this one: http://dragcave.net/lineage/F9HGg I was hoping for a white as mate for another. How hard is it to breed a white??

 

My silvers so far have all bombed with both the coppers and the ridges, so I can't help this round, sorry prpldrgnfr and daba. But I have several of those lines and maybe I can contribute at some stage.

Thank you everyone, I'm not sure who it was but I did get that copper I needed as well as a beautiful Silver from daba(thanks again, and if I can breed anything for you, just ask!), so I should be set for a while! You guys rock!

and the hubby bred a copper, too and received a male silver/female copper in return, which is for me but I had no room...

 

I have to gt up early to cook him breakfast in return for his holding it for me, and if you lived here you'd know what a steep price that is to pay!

 

so, we're making progress.

 

silvers seem to be breeding a whole lot better than gold, although I did manage a gold or two in my lineages.

 

I have not, nor has the hubby been able to breed your gold/green copper, ruby eyes, but we are not giving up!

 

we're trying 4th with 3rd as well as the 3rd with 2nd, and one of these days we'll get you a nice pretty shiny

This one is the mate for my male 4th gen. So, 5th gen here I come! (assuming they don't refuse ) I'd like to get to 7th gen I think. I have enough to get to 6th gen, but not quite enough for 7th. They breed great one day and then give me a lot of "no egg" messages for awhile. Today was a good day. Got 4. The other three were all 2nd gens though. My 2nd gens are being stubborn about giving me 3rd gens. Silly dragons.

I honestly wouldn't know without doing some test breeding, but I'm locked right now, and I'd hate to let a success go to the AP when you need it. I have one SW from the Volcano I could try. Also, anyone with a Desert SW could try.

 

I hope a Copper Breeding Expert will see this and come answer your questions or that others with volcano and desert SWs will try for you. You're welcome to PM me for a time when we can both be online for me to try, otherwise. I am working on final seasonals and need gift breedings to move out quickly.

You'll need a female Shadow Walker from Desert or Volcano. Mine is from the Jungle, unfortunately, so I cannot help there.
