I am actually reading novels and stuff too for class, however, these seem to be the only things I'm making real progress in. Oh well, at least I'm getting through something, huh? xd.png

Book Title: Fragile Things (Audio)

Author: Neil Gaiman

Rating: 5/5

Review: Gotta love it, especially with Neil doing the reading himself. Stories range from absolutely beautiful to C-R-E-E-P-Y, and it has an American Gods novella in the end. Nice to see how Shadow's doing these days.

Book Title: One Good Knight

Author: Mercedes Lackey

Rating: 2.5/5

Review: First half of the book was difficult to get into, especially for someone like me who can barely stand the author's writing style and voice (now; used to love her Valdemar books). It took me many tries over the past few years to read through it. The story picked up the second half of the book, and I was not as averse to slogging through it. The ending was kind of silly though.

Review: I finally read the third book of the Twilight series. It was the last book I needed to read. It wasn't as bad as I feared, given I hate the "love-triangle" trope in my books. + Liked Jacob, liked Edward (except for his high-handedness), liked most of the Cullens, thought the Quileute tales were interesting - Disliked Bella, Disliked the fact that there are children killing - and enjoying it too. 0 (neutral) about overall story

Book Title: Mr. Malcolm's List [e-book]

Author: Suzanne Allain

Rating: 2/5

Review: I wanted to like this book a lot. I thought I might based on the excerpt I had read that sent me to purchase this book. Unfortunately, there were too many anachronisms to stomach for something that was supposedly a Jane Austen imitator. It was not too poorly written. There were humor in it. But I had to force myself to finish reading the book halfway. I had started it maybe a month or so ago. I finished it just now. Her other book, Incognito had the same problems, but I think that I enjoyed that one a little bit more. I had less problems finishing it.

Book Title: Last Night's Scandal

Author: Loretta Chase

Rating: 4/5

Review: I liked this better than Lord Perfect. I thought that Olivia remained the same at heart, but felt Lisle changed a little more than I had liked. I wish that we had seen Olivia's parents in action. The two elderly "chaperone" ladies were great secondary characters. This book was as humorous as I could have hoped for. I am glad that I read this book. I do have a problem with the blurb in the back. With the talk of ghosts and whatnot, I was afraid that this was a paranormal. Otherwise, I'd have read it sooner.

Book Title: Dreamquake

Author: Elizabeth Knox

Review: I really enjoyed this little series. It definitely had a unique story to it, where people catch dreams and share them with others. Some parts (of both books) were a bit sluggish and hard to get through, but once exciting stuff started happening, it was awesome.
