Posted December 28, 2011 (edited) I only have a problem that last year and this year, the Christmas dragons were overdecorated. I don't /like/ the overbearing demeanor these dragons elude, and it gives me a headache to even look at them. I only caught them to catch them. :/. I wish the artists would just stop making the dragons over complicated, and so staticky. It's so boring and bright, almost forced. Last years Christmas dragons are by far my favorite, I had been waiting for a dragon that was actually colourful and sparkly and was really happy to get the ribbons. I guess it simply is a matter of personal taste and since no artist can fulfill the wishes of everyone, they must simply stay true to their own vision. I'm aware that it's impossible to please everyone and their mom when you design something. I have a feeling most of you will be pleased though. ^^ I'm pleased with the way they are. You've always designed pretty nice dragons, from what I've noticed. I've been fond of your own designs and a couple other artists in particular, so I have high expectations and hopes. Thus far the hatchlings look absolutely wonderful and adorable, so I'm sure the adult form will look just as lovely, if not, even more so. <: Of course I don't think I've really disliked a dragon design yet, so I doubt I'll be one of the ones to complain regardless. Posted December 28, 2011 ^ THIS, this, a thousand times this. Not everyone is good at decorating or puzzles or what have you either. X-mas is about GIVING not Competition. I think a raffle fits the spirit of the holiday perfectly. Not only that but as was already mentioned lots of users don't have tons of time over the holidays to be on Dc :/ ^This! :0) If I won the raffle and got to pick a dragon I would totally go with CB Holly! *Crosses fingers* I missed out on them this year. I cants wait EG The hatchlings sofar look amazing andfestively coloured indeed, they al;ready amke me eager to freeze one ocne it grows its wings, but more i wanna know how great the adult will look!
