Posted December 11, 2013 Thanks, mandrakekeeper, hope your dragons produce next time! Dimar, thanks - and lovely egg! I've updated the Perennial Request list with your request. I've been thinking about the previous discussion, on whether or not to add Grave (Halloween 2013) dragons to the project. After reading some of the posts from other members, and weighing the options, I've decided to refrain from adding Graves to the project. My reasoning: to keep the lineage project focused upon the Spirits of Christmas, I feel it best to maintain Shadow Walkers as the Halloween breed. I think we're able to represent the dynamic nature of Scrooge's outlook and moods through the use of the Perennial breeds. Of course, any dragons that members have registered with the project are not limited to the project - so feel free to use Graves for your personal lineages, or to contact each other outside of the project to make progress. I hope this decision rests well with all members. Let me know if you have any additional thoughts on this, or on adding any other breeds. Thanks for understanding, and I hope all's well! Perennial requests will reopen 01 January 2014; until then, we'll do our best to fill the remaining Perennial requests of 2013. With the Christmas 2013 requests, we'll follow previous formats (for returning members familiar with the process ). New requesters: >Please use the forms found on the first page to ask for a Christmas dragon x Shadow Walker or other participating breed. >I'll then pair requesters with breeders via PM prior to the start of the breeding week (likely later this week / weekend). >I'll leave it to you and your partner to arrange the date / time for egg transfer. >If you end up having problems connecting, I'm happy to help the best I can to make sure everyone gets the eggs they request. >We just ask that you gift back to the project at least one offspring from any gifted dragon. For interested members / potential members, we have lineage links to specific dragons on the first page, under the Breeders' List; feel free to add that specific dragon if you're interested in their offspring. I thought about keeping it, but if it grew up on my scroll, the wings would turn the wrong color. 3rd-gen checker of Golds and gold-winged Snow Angels. In trying something different, I'll do a mini-lotto. The first user to PM the correct number will get the Holly! Not as open-book as a typical lotto in IRC, but will post a screenshot of the number I rolled (using a random number generator website). So! Please send me a PM for your guess of which number I generated, between 1 and 10. I'll reply to your PM if you're correct or not; since we have a smaller group, you can send in a second guess if your first isn't correct. PM away! PM first to get it. 3rd-gen checker of Golds and gold-winged Snow Angels. All three ancestral Snow Angels have matching fully-golden wings. Nobody PM'ed me when it was an egg. PM first to get it. If it grows up on my scroll, it'll have the wrong color wings. If nobody asks and time gets low, these will probably get gifted elsewhere or AP dumped.
