I've been sending his waterhorse babies to TJ's leave and take page, but thought a list might be a better way to give them out. I'll take 4 people and then close it. Posted June 4, 2015 Okay. I am totally trying to influence the ratios. I put a couple posts in the main forum about breeding, what works and what doesn't. The way I figure it, if golds are scarce right now and we breed a ton of commons, we might be able to force a gold flood once the ratios flip back. Of course, given that we've no idea when that will happen we don't know if we have time. But by golly, I'm going to try it! That metal boom we had a couple years back really was nice for gifting things. But if people have some tough breed pairings go add them into the thread please. Even if we don't get a metal boom, maybe we can adjust some of the crazy ratios to be a bit kinder to even genning. Congrats alliana Share this post Link to post
Posted June 4, 2015 (edited) So, i really like this pairing, but man, is it ever a pain. The glories are not easy to get, and when I did finally get the second gens, one pair refused (of course) So i held off on the last pair and the next week, switched them off. The glory refused the next mate too. So I rebred her parents, managed another glory, and today, that one refused the last mate too. Really, how annoying. I will persist. I refuse to let pixels win......and I bred another glaucus gen 2, fingers crossed. Posted June 6, 2015 Huzzah! Finally. It took forever to get this little guy's mom. Now hopefully I can start breeding 5th gen offspring. I'm also so close to finishing this little jewel of a lyric lineage now that terp-derps are breeding again. It's such a shame that I'll have to rename the little eggy. Her code is really appropriate. I need two second gens from spring x mistletoe bred ASAP (so that I can breed a spring baby from them) but I'm locked and won't be able to take them until around 10:30 pm dc time tomorrow.
