Name Check Thread

Just wanted to check this was an okay before I went ahead and named the hatching. I'm working on a lineage based on lyrics from a song I like, and one of the lines is this;

"Maimed and impaled, in their pain they sleep."

I've already named a hatching "In Their Pain They Sleep", but would "Maimed And Impaled" be an inappropriate name?

As a note before we get into this name, I am a queer person who self-identifies as such in a reclamatory sense, but I also know that some people DO consider the word "queer" to be a slur, so I wanted to run it by a few other folks since I've notably gotten hassled in the past for even identifying with the word. But man, the code was SCREAMING for it.

Since it's being reclaimed (and as it isn't blocked by the board), I feel this may be okay if it's not used in a derogatory sense.

I think that would count as censor evasion, so I'd say no.

 

Maybe something with "flock", as that's what the code and breed suggest?
