Posted February 24, 2015 I'm probably being overly paranoid, but... Is Hixxy acceptable to be in a name? Because it might be taken as something inappropriate. I think it is ok. Share this post Link to post
Posted February 25, 2015 Would it be alright to name a dragon "I don't like the GEMA"? I mean, it kind of attacks a special group, but as "GEMA" is also rather unspecific, I was not sure whether it might be okay though. Like "I don't like Mangoes" should not be a problem, in my opinion. (Or is it?) (For those who wonder: "GEMA" is the German "Society for musical performing and mechanical reproduction rights". I think everyone who lives in or visited Germany knows how annoying it can be to try to watch a YouTube-Video.) Share this post Link to post

Posted February 26, 2015 I started naming mine in order to learn my French numbers, and how to use them, and I realized that one of the key parts of the French numbering system is 'dix,' pronounced 'dees,' and it means ten. Thoughts? Share this post Link to post

Posted March 17, 2015 (edited) I'm thinking of doing a lyrical lineage, and want to make sure that Language in link is okay to use, if a couple of words are replaced in it? Axes flash, broadsword swing, Shining armour's piercing ring Horses run with polished shield, Fight Those ???????? till They Yield Midnight mare and blood red roan, Fight to Keep this Land Your Own Sound the horn and call the cry, How Many of Them Can We Make Die! Follow orders as you're told, Make Their Yellow Blood Run Cold Fight until you die or drop, A Force Like Ours is Hard to Stop Close your mind to stress and pain, Fight till You're No Longer Sane Let not one damn cur pass by, How Many of Them Can We Make Die! Guard your women and children well, Send These ???????? Back to Hell We'll teach them the ways of war, They Won't Come Here Any More Use your shield and use your head, Fight till Every One is Dead Raise the flag up to the sky, How Many of Them Can We Make Die! Dawn has broke, the time has come, Move Your Feet to a Marching Drum We'll win the war and pay the toll, We'll Fight as One in Heart and Soul Midnight mare and blood red roan, Fight to Keep this Land Your Own Sound the horn and call the cry, How Many of Them Can We Make Die! Not sure what would scan as a replacement though. Edited March 17, 2015 by SockPuppet Strangler Share this post Link to post
Posted March 17, 2015 (edited) "Send These ???????? Back to Hell" Devils, demons, cowards, mongrels? ETA, sorry I didn't make it clear, these were meant to be two syllable alternatives for the original word. Mongrels coming closet to the original meaning, but i thought the others were fitting too. Posted March 17, 2015 (edited) "Send These ???????? Back to Hell" Devils, demons, cowards, mongrels? Illegitimate children, is the politest way to phrase it. If you were suggesting alternative words... both "mongrels" and "cowards" work, and they fit the other descriptors used in the song ("cur" and "yellow blood" respectively). Thanks. Posted March 19, 2015 Ansela Jonla - replacing the censored words, yes, that is fine. EnderEcho - is there some slang meaning behind welp I am missing? It is fine. Inappropriate names are things that would break board rules, mostly. Forum censored words should not be used as names. Inappropriate themes like sex should also be avoided. Posted March 19, 2015 No, it is my own expression of disappointment that I find funny. Just worried, my school has recently banned the word stinks, so Idk what people think is bad, or acceptable. Name of person idiot? Confuzzled? Lumping? Larping? Suckers are BLUE RASPBERRY? Share this post Link to post
