Posted October 20, 2016 Hello, everyone! I am alive! So between scrambling to track down Halloween mates (looks at naughty dragons who misgendered), school, big tests, my driver's licence (!!!!) and packing I've been super busy. Here is the game plan everyone! Because of my disastrous planning, I don't think we can get a Halloween-kin raffle going, but we can have a Halloween dragon raffle! If breeding starts on the 25th we can start collecting donations then, host the raffle on the 26, end it on the 27th and have them grow up before Halloween! Of course those who wish to breed Halloween-kin will be able to donate those as well. Please tell me what you all think! I'm super mad though that because I was so busy I can't hunt down my last mates to breed you all pretty checkers. Posted October 26, 2016 Hey Clya, I have a hatchling that I can do that was an item before the halloween stuff, but what might be really nice is for people to "donate" free gift breedings to people for nice things of their choice (within some limits). For example, I have been unable to really process gifting requests for a bit, but I'd be happy to offer Free Breeding Offers to a set amount of people. You can call them Wishes, Requests, Passes, Coupons, whatever, but they don't fall under the "IOU" status because there is nothing being traded, and they are being done privately, people could make a list of their general requirements before posting. I know there are some things that some people just won't breed, which is fair. But I know a lot of people would be open to breeding a lot of things in between or post holidays to various people, assuming they work out the terms. Not something you necessarily want to have like "50 free breeding offers", but it might be something nice to add as a future gift (and not future holidays, just normal breeding to keep it simple) and I'm sure a lot of people could donate that as they may not have space right now. Love my job, still chugging at it, no idea when I'll have more than a few minutes to a few hours to check in daily, but I'm enjoying it. Still love this and want to help as much as possible! I want it up by 5:30 ish tonight EST time though, so if you need to influence/incubate and hatch a donation, please do so and resend it! That way you can get more scroll space for yourself That's a good idea Natayah! I think I may try to figure out a way to implement it next time we have a "regular" raffle. Posted October 27, 2016 Something Is Strange.... To say something has gone strange is a bit of an understatement. Dragons are mysteriously becoming ill with a disease that makes them lethargic, zombie-like even. Undead dragons are rising from the grave more than they have been all year. What's worse is that some dragons are even mysteriously disappearing. Is it the sickness coming over them, making them wander aimlessly? Or are all the mysterious "Halloween" dragons have something to do with it? As Dark Hallows night approaches, hatchlings are dressing up and collecting trinkets to hand out for the brighter side of things. However, elders and adults know that a new dragon may rise, and with it either the eradication or spread of this disease. What's scarier is that they worry if this mysterious species is responsible for the disappearance of dragons. However, despite all this, there is always someone trying to brighten things up, find dragons a home, and have a little fun with it all..... FORM SIGN UP! Code Word is Spooky! I totally did not go overboard with the writing this time I may have incorporated some of my own ideas into the Halloween Event especially for the raffle, don't mind it unless you feel like reading it Not a lot of donations, but that was to be expected, the ones we did get though are pretty amazing!
