nu, don't close it. Just kick out those who are inactive, and for those who are active we'll just come up with a plot of some sorts. No need to restart. We already know who has stayed for the long run so those are the important people we need to keep. ^^ If we re-start, we'll get more of the kind who join then disappear. Maybe get one more long-term member.
