Posted April 14 The little succulent that dad and I planted on Good Friday has sprouted! We both had one of those grow your own kits, and mine has sprouted! I do not have a green thumb, and Emma knocked it out of the window ledge, but it's doing the thing! I'm so happy! I'm also a bit blah from allergies... Send help. My face hurts a bit, and my lungs feel full of something. I'm displeased by this, but it's made up for the plant! Also.. glad you're back, @Lagie! Share this post Link to post

We went out to eat at a local restaurant of my choosing. The food was good but the chair made my back hurt so much it was hard to enjoy it. Next time I will have to be sure we get a booth! This month is finally the last payment of the six month special assessment fee. I'm wondering if the assistant shelter manager who bought the paint is colourblind. Moving them without killing the fish Refilling the tanks up in the back room that I use to store my books in boxes and keep the birds in to protect them from furface. Looks kinda cosy in there now. Bit of work and it will be a nifty little nook for hiding away from crazy persons and having a bit of a quiet read……… The birds are fascinated by the tanks. Think they have worked out there are finny critters in there now…… I don’t know what this means. Trying to decipher the mind of a mob of parrots. Expect weirdness. Thought one fish wasn’t going to make it but he’s back to hiding behind a Java fern and saying stuff about not being fed for days. He knows fish on the sick list don’t get fed. Until they are better. Thrilled he has rallied. He’s my moody boi. grrffff Now we have to move out while the floorboards get thingoed and chemicalled into shiny wooden floor glory. Posted April 18 catching up on one of my tv shows. i had a thing tonight, from 6:30 to 8:30.... but there were severe t-storm warnings from like 7 to 8 for my area and the next few surrounding counties, including where i was going to be going. i didn't want to chance driving in t-storms. and there was tornado watch for that time period too. so yeah.
