Suicune scowled up at Celebi as the Aurora beam struck the bug pokemon. He fully expected more of a fight from the creature but that seemed to be about it. Just when he was about to fire another Beam just to make certain that was the end of the struggle, a shock flew out of the air nearby and sent the Celebi plummeting into the lake. Suicune quickly looked sideways at the source of the sudden electrical shock that had struck Celebi. Ah, his brother had come to help. "Thank you," He whispered, nodding appreciatively to the electric pokemon. He turned back towards the lake as Celebi sank beneath the surface then paused. Naturally, he couldn't actually touch the lake or he'd naturally purify it. He needed to be careful not to undo his work while further polluting the lake. Celebi could get herself out. "Mind the others," He added, looking at the Lucario and the others nearby.

Quickly, he approached the edge of the lake and closed his eyes. Several large, purple orbs formed in the air around his body. Now that Celebi wasn't fighting him, he had enough time to concentrate on making proper toxins to pollute the lake. Once the orbs had grown to considerable size, they moved away from his body and hovered over the lake before dropping into the water.

((I'll be ignoring Mewtwo's post until you give me a good reason he should know or post a new one with a response that isn't illogical. Also, we should delete our OOC posts after this to avoid clutter.))

((Alright, Deleted.))

Raikou turned around to guard Suicune while he dropped more of the orbs. He growled at the others surrounding him. He caught sight of Mew hovering over his clone. He didn't think mew, or the green pokemon would be a threat. But there was still the problem of Mewtwo and Lucario. "Do not interfere." He growled menacingly. His fur stood on end and more and more electricity sparked from him. The very air around him was crackling with electricity. Every once in a while, a stray spark would pop in the air and make a sound. The clouds had lost most of their stored up electricity from zapping Celebi, so he drew them closer to absorb the massive current he was creating. He was hesitant to use it on anyone, but if they took a step closer, he would fry them.

The lake! No, not the lake! Quickly did Lucario's usually peaceful demeanor vanish. She set Shaymin down at her feet and spun around to glare at Raikou. She knew she would have to fight the legendary. It was the only way to save the lake. Both the stone around her neck and the ring around her ankle glowed a bright white for a few seconds, until the light encompassed Lucario as well. When it finally faded, Lucario was, well, much different. She stood as tall as Raikou, and was covered in strange new markings. With a roar did she place both paws together and slowly expand them. This is my home. No one has the right to defile it! With this screech did she release the aura sphere at Raikou. This was going to end and she was going to make sure of it.

Shaymin looked up in alarm when her legs touched the floor. She unrolled from her defensive ball to watch Lucario step forward. But was it really Lucario? Her friend had changed so much and didn't even resemble the Pokemon that had carried her here in the first place. The hedgehog looked between the Pokemon assembled, her distress quickly growing. She wasn't familiar with Mega evolution so the sudden disappearance of her host was very alarming. Finally, she puffed out her cheeks and sat back, curling her little white paws into fists. The air around her began to warp and the red flowers on her back started to turn purple.

Her body began to glow green and shake more until the flowers had completely turned purple. Her eyes quickly squeezed shut as the flowers on her head suddenly exploded with light, releasing an explosion of oxygen, water vapor and light. Her fear had channeled pollution into a very dangerous and explosive Seed Flare.

Suicune ignored the Lucario in favor of trying to summon more pollutants to contaminate the water. Several large, purple balls managed to form before Suicune's attention was grabbed by a growing light nearby. He turned his head to look at the small thing he had dismissed before when it arrived with the Lucario. That was when the thing suddenly exploded. Suicune roared in anger as the explosion knocked him backwards, away from the lake. Only half of the toxic balls he had created managed to reach the lake while the others splashed across his stomach, dying the white fur there purple. With a frustrated bellow, he quickly climbed back to his feet, even as a strange feeling entered the legendary beast. He felt very, very ill.

Cobalion focused and used iron head. He charged into one of many rocks located in the river near his cave in Unova, crashing it into many pieces.. He was frustrated, of course any nearby pokemon could tell that. 'I'm not being of any use doing this, except hurting the water pokemons homes.' Word had gotten to him that Victini had disappeared somewhere, but that wasn't the source of his troubles. The lush green forest surrounding Cobalion's cave was burned to the ground, Cobalion had seen a fiery figure flying away from the scene, but couldn't investigate. He had to save many pokemons lives that day. .The very thought of harming another pokemon was intolerable. There was trouble in his region and he didn't know what caused it, but he was going to help stop it. He was going to make a stand, and a very powerful one. He let out a menacing roar, scaring a pansage out of a nearby tree, and charged into his cave.

((This is for another antagonist individual/group to appear. Cobalion doesn't get PokeGossip and immediately know whats happening 3 regions away.))

The lake felt like acid, boiling the blood in Celebi's veins and slithering through her body, freezing her very core. The ice had finally thawed off, partially due to the effect wearing off and to the poison eating away at it. Complete and utter pain filled Celebi's mind as she slowly watched the toxin destroy all of the life within the water. All of the residences of the lake began to panic as their once clean home began to become toxic. Many fled from the lake with screams of terror emitting from their mouths. Those were not the ones that hurt Celebi the most. The pokemon that were bound to the water, those that could not walk upon land were doomed. She saw them swim around frantically in confusion, their eyes bulging and their mouths in a silent scream. Some, Celebi saw, leaped out of the water in an attempt to desert their poisoned home. She was sure their bodies were flopping helplessly on land with their minds yearning for someone to save them. The others were not so lucky. The aquatic beasts swam around the lake, petrified. A majority of them had not yet succumbed to the poison, but a few, the weakest in the pond, began to move slowly, their fins becoming limp and their eyelids drooping. Celebi was watching the inhabitants of her forest die and there was nothing she could do about it.

No, I shall not let this past. If Suicune needs to be exiled from my forest, then it shall be done!

Feeling the paralysis ebb away, Celebi opened her closed eyes. She blinked out of existence and reappeared a few seconds later above the water. She swung her arm menacingly towards Suicune and watched as her Leaf Storm charged towards him. Water dripped off her body and here wings were barely keeping her up in the air. She was in no condition to fight, and would no doubt lose against Suicune and his brother, but that didn't matter to her. Celebi was tired of seeing her people die, and she would not let their lives go in vain.

"Remove yourself from this forest, your presence is no longer tolerated here!" Celebi shouted as she zipped to the side, let her eyes glow once more, and swung a nearby rock at Raikou. She had learned her lesson. If Raikou was going to assist Suicune in this massacre, then he would be held just as accountable as Suicune. In the corner of her gaze, Celebi could see a few of the water types who had fled the lake turn to look at the ongoing battle. Many of them stood back or ran into the forest, but a few, only a few, stepped forward, their eyes blazing with rage.

The poison Suicune had accidentally splashed on himself as a result of the sudden explosion from the fake shrub burned at his chest. Just as it had easily polluted the water, it was now quickly burning into his skin like acid and now turned against its summoner. Raikou was under attack by the Lucario and with his own very bad poisoning, it was obviously time to leave. "Raikou!" He barked towards he is brother to attract his attention. Before he could finish whatever he had been about to say, his body was suddenly bombarded by leaves all honing in on where he was standing. The beast gave a sharp cry of pain as the leaves left sharp, angry cuts all across his body. Most of the leaves struck his side since that had been turned towards the lake and Celebi. But several found his face and tore across the delicate skin around his eyes. Suicune hissed softly, and closed one of his eyes to avoid blood dripping from the cut above it into his eye.He hadn't noticed Celebi rise from the lake! He should have been more careful! Swearing violently to himself for his own foolishness, he quickly retreated backwards several steps. They needed to leave, now! Snarling up at Suicune, he started to retreat backwards into the brush, his one open eye moving from the bug to Raikou. He wasn't going to leave without his brother but, at the same time, he couldn't just stand around and wait to either faint from poison or suffer more attacks from Celebi. "We're leaving," He snapped back at the bug. "We have no more business here. We would leave faster if you were not attacking us, however!"

"We're leaving. We have no more business here. We would leave faster if you were not attacking us, however!"

At Suicune's words, Celebi used Psychic to hold the rock she had flung at Raikou still. The rock floated in mid-air for several moments before dropping downward. Celebi recoiled herself, breathing heavily. The poison, along with the sight of water dwellers dying, and the feeling of the forest withering was more than enough to make her faint.

"If you hadn't tried to poison these waters, I would have no need to attack you," Celebi said with a tint of her cheerful nature mixed in with here bland speech. "Go, leave this place. You have brought me enough trouble already. Consider yourself exiled. I will have you in Ilex forest for no reason, no matter how important. It's such a shame, you were a good companion, but I cannot allow you to murder the inhabitants of this forest for reasons either pure or corrupt." Feeling her body waver, Celebi flew down and touched the grass. She made sure to keep herself distant enough from the brothers to not provoke them, but close enough to attack if they decided to poison the lake further. Although her tiny wings were flapping feebly and she was stumbling around, Celebi refused to move her gaze away from Suicune and Raikou. She would not let herself fall under the poison's trance until she knew Suicune was no longer trying to afflict the waters. Suicune always kept his word, but now that he had betrayed her, Celebi could no longer trust the beast of water. Her eyes locked onto the two intruders as her body swayed back and forth drunkenly.

The quick use of Protect allowed Lucario to remain unscathed at Shaymin's seed flare. The barrier soon faded, which was when she rushed to Celebi's aid. She reached out to take hold of the forest's guardian, though her gaze remained purely on Suicune. You...you monster! I sense nothing but hatred in your heart! May Arceus judge your deeds in full! she spat. The four appendages upon either side of her head stuck out to the sides, and the air pulsated with her own aura powers. In a place where there was nothing but peace, Suicune had created a disaster. It filled the Lucario's heart with hate at the sight of the blue pokemon. How could someone ever do this?

Raikou turned towards the Lucario and gasped. She had somehow... Evolved? His distraction allowed the massive Aura sphere to hit him, bursting and knocking him backwards into a tree. The thunderclouds floated around randomly with no one to control them. ""We're leaving. We have no more business here. We would leave faster if you were not attacking us, however!"" Raikou nodded, still dazed by the powerful Aura sphere. He tottered over to Suicune and nuzzled him gently. "Alright, let's go." He leaned against Suicune to support him. Zapping a nearby tree with a bolt of lightning, a few Pecha berries rolled into the ground. He grabbed one and checked it for any signs of the toxic water, before handing to to Suicune. "I'm not sure how the toxin works, but Pecha berries should cure normal poison." The yellow tiger turned towards Celebi, regret showing in his eyes. He didn't want to have to do this, or hurt her, nor the forest. But his brother was more important to him than anything. He supported Suicune, letting him lean on his yellow side.

Suicune eyed the Lucario and Celebi as they both scolded his actions. He hardly needed their approval. Struggling against the poison himself, he raised his head rather nobly to look down at the both of them. "I have no further reason to come here. When you see the suffering of pokemon around you, remember that you brought this upon yourselves." He shifted his legs closer together, trying to look as god-like himself when Arceus was mentioned. "Don't be daft. I highly doubt Arceus even exists. Even if he did, he is not here now. In Johto, there is no Arceus. There are only us gods."

He shook his head slightly then turned to follow his brother away. When the lightning pokemon stopped to collect some Pecha berries, he shook his head and waved his paw dismissively. "No, those will not help," He replied. "It's a… modification of Toxic. I just need to purify it on my own or sleep off the illness. I'll be fine as soon as we return home." He started to lean heavily against his brother, finding difficulty walking regularly now. He was tired and bleeding and ill. He just wanted a good rest.

Shaymin, following her rather explosive outburst of fear, had taken to hiding. Instead of simply curling up on herself again since that didn't seem like the most inconspicuous thing, she quickly darted over to the brush nearby and wiggled her small frame in between two closely-packed trees. Once there, she huddled between the two barky giants before tucking her legs under her body and lowering her head. This way, she could still see but she looked like a plant growing naturally if one didn't look closely. Honestly, what had she been thinking?! Her attack hadn't really been noticed between the other fights going on but why had she attacked in general? She had just been so terrified...

Raikou let Suicune lean on him, supporting most of his weight. Entei was nowhere to be seen. "Entei! Where are you? We need you." He called. He held the Pecha berry in front of Suicune again. "It may not cure the toxin, but eating it will make you feel better. A snack always helps." he kept moving towards the general direction of their home. An idea popped into his head. He formed another cloud, this time with less electricity. It still sparked and crackled, but only slightly. With great effort, he moved it to the ground in front of them. "I've reduced the charge. It'll sting a bit if you get on, but we'll be able to reach home quicker." He stopped and waited for Suicune's opinion.

Entei hadn't moved whenever Suicune and Raikou left to poison the water. As his name was called, he ran to the aid of his brothers. Worry sparkling in his scarlet eyes, Entei worried the two as they walked. Surely this was enough to prove your point. I cannot stand the two of you getting yourselves hurt. he rumbled softly. Indeed, Entei had mellowed out a great deal. He couldn't bring himself to hurt other legendaries simply because he had gotten to know many of them. Please, let us return home. No more of this wild dream.

Celebi scoffed at Suicune's speech. His logic was so corrupt and twisted that it was almost funny. Celebi, being as old as she was, had seen many others who had similar views as Suicune did now. Most of those who thought as Suicune did ended a brutal demise. Some went insane, others were killed by those who were harmed by them. A select few got away with doing what they wrecked upon the world. They became feared and were told at night to children as bedtime stories. Those pokemon were legends and they were never happy. They got what they originally wanted, but in doing so, they had lost their way. The people they cared about either left them or changed far too dramatically for their tastes. They could not find comfort in any soul for no one wanted to be around them. Life was miserable, but it was exactly what they brought upon themselves. Would Suicune end up that way? Wandering the world, poisoning all of the water, becoming feared, but never loved? Would he decide to change his ways mid-way into his plans or would he get killed on the way? What fate would Suicune succumb to? Only time could tell.

Watching the last glimpse of the brothers disappear into the forest, Celebi let herself collapse in the Lucario's arms. Trying to keep her eyes open, Celebi turned her gaze to the lake. While it was not permanently damaged, it was in ruins. Suicune put enough toxins in it to make it undrinkable and inhabitable. He had done what he came for and that was enough to destroy Celebi's spirits.

"The lake..." she whispered, her blue eyes gleaming, as though tears would spill out at any moment. The lake could surely heal, that was for sure. Celebi was know to restore life to everything around her, but at what cost could she save the lake? Overhearing Suicune say the toxins were "special" made Celebi worried. She could heal the lake, but it would take time, effort, and a lot of her energy. It would be extremely tolling on her. It could potentially kill her, but when did her life ever matter when it came to saving the majority?

The lake wasn't the only source of water in Ilex forest, but it was the major one. Small springs here and there, rainfall, the morning dew, and other such things could provide water to the inhabitants. It wouldn't be enough, of course. Most would surely have to relocate, but those who were small and could gain nourishment from the plant life and small sources of water could stay. The forest would not wither for a while. For as long as Celebi could revive the plants around her, the forest would stay alive. Just how long would she stay? Would she be called to go elsewhere, leaving the forest vulnerable to its impending doom? Was Celebi just wasting her time to even bother to save the now corrupt forest.

Finally letting herself to relax, she collapsed next to the Lucario. Leaning against her for support, Celebi closed her eyes for a moment and took deep breaths. She could feel the affliction within her, the pain stirred up by the toxin. The condition of both her mental and physical state were not great.

"Thank you," Celebi breathed quietly as she opened her eyes once more. "I'm sorry that I've failed you. I could not save the lake I've guarded for so long. I...I'm so sorry..."

If anyone thought to explore Crater Forest, with its trees shrouded by an icy mist, they may have found an unassuming cave entrance. If they'd gone inside, they might have seen an absolutely gigantic pillar of ice at the back of the second cavern, crystals growing and spiraling in wild fractal patterns. If they thought to look a little closer at it, they would have noticed that there was...something inside the ice. They would not have been able to tell what it was, with only an outline of what seemed to be a broken wing and a piercing chill when they lingered too long as their clues.

And if they had done this today, they would have noticed the pillar shift. The movement would have been imperceptible, but the very air would have shifted in it. And all the crystals obscuring the thing inside from view would have shattered one by one, followed by the pillar itself. But no one did.

Kyurem was awake. They noted this fact with a faint annoyance. It wasn't as if they needed to be - everything had been completely fine when they'd gone to sleep just a decade ago, and Reshiram and Zekrom couldn't have started one of their petty fights in that short of a time...could they? Kyurem lifted their head and reached out with their mind. No, the tao duo were active, but not in a conflict. They frowned. But something...something else was wrong. It was far away, at least a region from where they were. But it had the potential to spread much, much further. In fact, it already has.

A grin played around the edges of Kyurem's mouth. They considered, briefly, flying over there just to watch. This could be the apocalypse they had promised themselves ages ago. But no, it wasn't going to be spectacular unless it ended in fire, or ice, or lightning. Besides, their wings weren't rested enough yet for that long of a flight. Nodding to themselves, Kyurem walked leisurely out of the Giant Chasm - then, with a flash, transformed and took off in their Reshiram form. Perhaps they would find someone awake and aware of what exactly was happening.

(("Petty fight" refers to that Reshiram-Zekrom war several centuries ago. Yeah... Kyu doesn't give two sugars unless more than ten thousand people are dying. Also Kyurem can transform whenever it feels like it in that one anime movie, so I'm going with that. Unless that's too OP.))

Suicune rested his head against Raikou's shoulder as they walked. By the time the two reached the outer edges of the forest where they had met up with Entei, his one open eye had started to close out of exhaustion. "I'm not hungry," He muttered faintly. He was quickly taking a turn for the worse and, as Entei appeared, his legs began to slid out from under him before he slipped off of Raikou's shoulder and slammed into the floor. His head bashed against the ground with a thud, his entire body twitching slightly from the poison that had been splattered across his stomach. He panted softly and whined, his hind legs spasming slightly. It was apparent that he was going to have a great deal of difficulty making it back home in a timely manner.

Lucario caught Celebi with both paws and cradled her there. Oh no. The poor guardian...Lucario exhaled slowly as she extended her aura to the remainder of the forest. She could feel the agony of the water types dwelling within the lake and the slow pain of the nearby vegetation. All of it visibly drained her. With a violent shudder did she snap from her trance. This was very, very bad. Horrendous even. It was as if some hellish nightmare had come true. Hush now, do not strain yourself. the Lucario muttered to the legendary in her arms. She glanced about, suddenly worried for the Shaymin she had been with earlier. Shaymin? They have left now, you can come out. The Lucario chewed on her lip at the thought that the pokemon had fled in her fright. That would be terrifying for the lost Gratitude Pokemon.

Usually his air traffic in his region was minimal. At least, not with the levels at which he flew. Rayquaza could care less about any squabbles between legendaries in different regions. His job was to "moderate" Kyogre and Groudon. As they rarely quarreled, he was free to roam the skies of Hoenn. A familiar white figure caught his eye as he drifted lazily through the air. As he turned his snake-like head, his suspiscions were confirmed. Ah yes, it was Reshiram. Rayquaza waited until the fire type had reached him until flying beside the legendary. You leave Unova...how odd indeed. What news could have you flying through my section of the skies? The serpentine creature inquired.

Kyurem squinted at the green figure. They were never one to chat with their peers much, beyond what was absolutely necessary, and they couldn't quite recall the domain of this one. This was Hoenn, so... Ah, the master of the sky, governing both land and sea from above and settling their disputes. The name still escaped them - which was odd, considering he acted as if the two were already acquainted. They looked down. Maybe he had mistaken them for Reshiram, in this form. That one always was one for conversation, in their pursuit of truth. Zekrom, on the other hand, was... Idealistic. Sharp-witted, but quick to anger and defence. Then again, aren't we all? They chuckled, but it came out as more of a wheezing snort. They winced - vocal chords were always a bit rusty after a few years encased in ice.

"Hhnnh. As it were, I was hoping you could tell me," they replied, voice shaking a little from disuse but still sharp, collected. "Things are dying down there, did you know? I could sense it, even from regions away. Not under your jurisdiction then, if you're up here talking to me?"

The sky serpent let a warm rumble roll in his throat as he thought. From this elevation, he learned of nothing new, and his senses only extended to the sea, earth, and sky. All of which seemed well at the moment. Plant life and fresh water was not under his eye, so he knew not of the recent chaos. Rayquaza shook his head in response. I am afraid not. My wrath would have been one I should have knowledge of. As the two raced across the sky, he twisted his body into a S shape and slithered through the air. By this time, they were nearing Johto. He rarely had a need to visit other regions, but if another legendary sensed a problem, it was best he investigated it as well. Once close enough to Kyurem, he realized that it wasn't Reshiram at all. Instead, it was Kyurem. Although mildly surprised at this, Rayquaza had started the conversation and planned on continuing it until he learned this said "disturbance". A disturbance has not reached any forms of the sky, ground, or sea. That I know for positive. Whatever you have sensed must involve life, then. That is not a notion I guard. Rayquaza noted thoughtfully. What could possibly be so upsetting for a pokemon two regions away from Johto to sense?

Suicune's eyes were squeezed shut in obvious discomfort as his two brothers started to carry him home. It was his own stupid fault he was like this. He should have seen that attack coming! And, more importantly, he should've been more careful with the pollutants he had been trying to put in the lake. The splash against his underbelly had already seeped in through his skin and the illness was setting in. His skin-usually very cool like water in a stream-was starting to rise in temperature until he was very obviously feverish. His throat twisted and dried up until the only thing he could think about was water. "Hurry," He struggled to whine to his brothers. "Please."

Shaymin remained hidden, still very untrusting of the changed Lucario. She had no idea what sort of transformation had happened to her friend but she was pretty sure Lucario didn't evolve. That meant the thing standing nearby was not Lucario because Lucario would never change. The flash of light then… was a teleportation? She had to have swapped out with someone else. Yeah, that made perfect sense! It couldn't be Lucario. When she was singled out by the strange pokemon, Shaymin quickly tucked her face under her stomach to make her appearance as a bush somewhat more believable.

Yveltal stopped digging her claws into the ground. She looked up at the sky. She needed to get away from Kalos for a while, but there weren't enough legendaries in this region for her to actually get away. She looked at the ground before deciding to take wing to another region. If there was any danger, Xerneas and Zygarde could handle it. Besides, if she tried to help, she would probably be pushed away.

Ho-Oh looked down. Ilex Forest wasn't too far away for him, so it would only be minutes before he was over by the three dog pokemon whom he saved many years ago. Pinpointing their location however would be tough since he was not a psychic type. He landed in a small space that allowed him enough room to land with a small thud. He folded his wings before looking around the forest before moving. He knew it wouldn't be long before Lugia came looking for them.

Celebi grunted in pain as she closed one of eyes. She struggled in the stranger's arms, but found that her attempts at movement were feeble. Although she had not been hit directly by one of the toxic orbs, Celebi had still fallen in the polluted lake. The poison that made it hard of the water dwellers to breath had seeped into her skin. Her bloodstream was contaminated, afflicted, and she had no idea how to fix it. An involuntary wail of pain escaped her as the venom began to do its work. She felt terribly ill and was catching all signs of illness. Her temperature was through the roof and she was beginning to sweat excessively. Her breathing came in short bouts and her the eye that wasn't closed began to droop.

"Help... the others," she managed to gasp to the Luciano as she pointed a shivering finger at the water beasts flailing on land. "I can be healed in time. They...they cannot."

It was a rather lovely day. The air was crisp and the wind was tame. The sun was not overbearing and the hint of coolness filled the air. Articuno was immensely enjoying her time in the air. The north wind was carrying her upward, high up into blue yonder. She was well beyond the height any normal pokemon would reach. Only few but her relished the coldest parts of the sky. Articuno hadn't a clue as to which region she was near. She and the other two birds flew where the pleased. They were bound to no region and went where ever they wanted to. Such was a carefree life Articuno lived. She didn't have many troubles. A few fights here and there and a day or two with an empty stomach, but nothing more impaired her days. Lifting up her head gently, Articuno let out a loud and gentle coo into the air. It was a sound of pure pleasure, a memo to all those nearby to tell them that the ice bird was pacified and pleased.

(Since I'm pretty sure the female to male ratio will be toppled over by the amount of males, I'll go ahead and add my last female! I'll get to a Darkrai and Registeel post later. Oh and, late heads up, Shadow let me use Articuno and Registeel.)
