I have a soft spot for Gold/Bronze Tinsels with Vines, since I am currently devoted to carrying on this family here, Gold & Vine, and this one too Bronze & Vine. I've influenced a mate for Shining Child Of Terra, hopefully they'll breed.

 

I want to start me own lineage, too, but I never know which one of my dragons to use...

My current fave is black x Ember.

It's pretty dark, and there isn't much contrast, but I like it.

Albino x Whiptail looks pretty good too.

 

 

Also, I have to say I LOVE the tan ridgewing x ice pair posted earlier. Wow.

i like alt sweetling x anything lol. theyre my favorite dragon, dark grey and red is really cool! marrows look good with about anything as well...they've got a similar color as the alt sweets..

Right now I'm in the middle of a lineage just of Canopy dragons, but I'm collecting female Terrae and male Water Horse dragons for a lineage contrast.

 

Also started collecting Harvest and Neotropicals for the fun of something in the future...

I like ice x goldwyvern, silver x royal blue, and shadow walker x royal blue. Tan ridgewings are terrific with almost everything. I really want to try a magma x spotted greenwing checker, but all I get are greenwings. I'd also like to try magma x ember.

 

Ooh, I tried horse x goldwyvern very early on right after they were released. Cx I didn't like the low chances of getting a goldwyvern but that spiral at the top of the page is delicious.

I had a look through my dragons, to see what's nicely together and I found my CB Red Nebula and my CB male Hellwyvern, which gave me this beautiful pairing I'll keep it up, cos it looks pretty x

 

Ohhhh I just picked up a pink from the AP and it's lineage is divine Love pink & silver tinsels together x

of course, tinsels go with just about everything. and TJ has impeccable taste with his pairings (magi x black, golden wyvern x royal blue, etc) i also love holly x skywing. and there's plenty more that i'm sure i'm forgetting, or don't have examples of.

I don't know if anyone has mentioned this combo since I barely read any of the above (which I will after posting) but I recently caught an Ice with only shadow walkers in the lineage. Alternating stairstep, t'was very pretty.

 

Pinks and Moonstones seem like a pretty pair.

Ribbon Dancers and Silvers/Golds.

Night Glory and Golds.

 

There are so many out there, I barely touched the surface.

Normally I don't like pb or checkers (2 breed-lineages are boring in my opinion) but I will admit I have a few color combos that I really really like and kept or am working on.

 

Waterhorse and Water - I really like the contrast of the blues, and the more prominant green stripe on the waterhorse just pop

 

Blusangs and Horses - Had a tough time getting a blusang and so I traded for the father, I liked his pairing so much I asked a friend to breed the mother. Since my only cb blusang is female I'm getting a mate at breeding and gifting...don't know if I'll continue after that or not.

I love the Pink/Valentine Combo I fell in love.

 

I also like the Ice/Pink Combo. Very Pretty.

 

And (before more pretties came out like Lumina and Blusang) Red X Sunsong was my favorite. So much so, that I based my (very brief) Lineage on them. Delsin Lineage

 

Pink and Silver also make a beautiful lineage. Very Rare for it to take though.

 

I prefer Even gens to stairsteps.

 

EDIT: I love cheeses, if you couldn't tell.. I so want TJ to bless me with a Second Gen Cheese one day, but, since that won't happen, I'll stick with the list above.
