Kenomi Battle School

Recommended Posts

Sarisha followed Vampra to what appeared to be a weapons storeage or shop. If this was a ploy to keep her out of the woods and to just buy her weapons, she was not impressed. She could make her own if he would let her. Sarisha followed Vampra around the room, waiting for an answer from him. With all the robots and, presumable, cameras flying around, the woods would be very calming and it would also be some very relaxing moments after the battle.

Vamprah turned at the sound of the Fae following him. "I thought you said you wanted to make your own weapons? I can still make the sais though, if you want." He looked at the battle on the flatscreen on the wall, and thought to himself, Gunner versus gunner. This'll be FUN, sarcasm heavy in the last word. "Of course, it's not necessary to buy from me, All I ask you to do is if you go into the forest, don't cross the strait. The Ken'oi hunt there unless we notify them that we are to cross, and even then they will hang around. All they would do during field training is simple pranks, but currently, they might mistake you for prey. It kinda sucks to get hit by an arrow going 800 feet a second." He walked over to a table with a preset Manji-style sai mold locked in. "So... yay or nay on the sai?"

Ryu sat back down and went back to sharpening and cleaning occasionally thinking about what terrain he was going to use. He cut himself accidentally on his dagger he quickly pulled his hand back to undo his job of cleaning and pulled out a handkerchief that looked as though it was used for covering his cuts quite often. He then continued to clean but not sharpen with the cloth tied around his thumb.

((a lot of waiting is involved lately, its really slow right now.))

((Agreed. What the heck happened to all the posting? I've had two people who never posted for two-three weeks, and I already had to kick one.))

Sarisha shook her head. She wanted her own sai, from the forest, not some of his manufactured weapons. She straightened her right leg and bent her left one so that she was leaning to one side. Sarisha put her hands on her hips and stared at her. So, he was going to let her go into the woods with some weird creatures that she's never heard of before to... what? Without her ribbon for her sai it wouldn't work. It couldn't hold up. Damn, she had to talk again.

"The ribbon." she said quietly. After that she just waited for him to tell her where it was. It was mystical so no one would just throw it away. Where was it?

Vamprah's ear twitched. Well, crap. I break her weapon and she doesn't want me to make it up to her. She just wanted the shagreen from the hilt. He went over to another table and grabbed the ribbon, and handed it to the girl. "Here. I felt you still wanted it. Is there anything else you need? I kinda owe it to you for breaking the sai." He looked at the TV. Still nothing was going on. That was a bad matchup.... this'll be forever. He thought for a second. "Do you need an escort?"

Post at Least Four Sentences Per RP Post

We ask you to post four sentences because that ensures that you are adding something to the roleplay. It also ensures that the person with whom you are roleplaying can find something to reply to. Each sentence should contain more than 3 words. It’s really not that tough!

~Thanks~))

Sarisha shook her head. All she needed was to be pointed in the correct direction. She just got there, therefore she had no idea where to go. Once in the wood, she would be fine because the trees would guide her to the right location for the conjuring. Sarisha bowed, slightly, to signal a thank you.

((BTW guys, I updated my profile. I know these updates are boring, but I don't want to risk a warn talking about mundane things.))

"Oh. Well fiiiiiiiiiiine." he drawled out the last note, putting his head on his desk very boringly. He pointed north-north-east, barely looking. "That way. Watch out for arrows aimed at your lungs." ...I might throw a grenade in the arena, just for shits and giggles. He took out a rifle cartridge and started toying around, eventually pushing the button usually pressed by the hammer hard enough that it fired. It glowed white as it went through a wall to the outside. His cat-like ears raised slightly for a second, then flopped back down as he buried his face in the desk.

He pointed her in the right direction and then slumped down on the desk. Sarisha walked over to Vamprah and gave him a look meaning 'Do you want to come?' She smiled slightly to seem more welcoming. Why not make an ali while here. He might be trustworthy, but she still wasn't sure. The smile was a bit scary, but she hoped that he could interperit the welcome...ness in it. The other battle was on a moniter and Sarisha peeked at the eventless battle. 'Did he pause it or something?' she thought.

Jason looked at himself then nodded at Kira's strategy.

"Alright smart move get me out of hiding." Jason whispers as he reappears and peeks around the corner of the boulder and thinks of his move and looks around and picks up a rock then throws it to his right to distract her and waits for his move to get to a better angle of fire.

'Hope you can track that.' Jason thought as he waits for her to move to the source of the rock being thrown and holds his magnum and is loaded with hollow point rounds.

((Sorry, stuff happened and distracted me from the site.))

Kira glanced over where she heard a noise to the right of about where Jason was hiding. She caught sight of something small skittering across and figured it was just a rock. So he was trying to distract her it seemed. Well, if he wasn't going to come out of his hiding then she'd have to bring him out. After a swift movement of her hands, she loaded one of her guns with yet another kind of ammo she always carried. She aimed for the rock she believed Jason to be hiding behind, which was the same rock she shot the gooey stuff over. With a squeeze of the trigger she shot the rock, and upon impact the special round exploded, destroying the rock in a flashy manner.

(( pinkieseb, italics mean they are thinking it. so unless he speaks through telepathy to everyone, please use quotation marks. also, like it was mentioned by the mod, minimum of four sentences. that's not hard. just be descriptive.

also, there's an assessment before Deathra's, so you have to wait a bit. We're not doing this all at once. but Deathra can talk to Amaya.))

((And if you do use telepathy, use a <>.))

Wait, is she saying I can come or not? His ears propped up as he thought. I guess it would be better to ask... "Err... Do you mind if I go with you?" He lifted his head from the desk. It's better than this dead-assed... whatever this battle's turned into, he thought as he looked at the TV. He turned off the TV, as he didn't need to see the rest to know what would happen. Kira would win, as usual, maybe make the human cry. She could be like that sometimes. All of this thinking was making him bored for the Fae's answer. Well?

((Also, I notice some of you are having some spelling problems, I don't know of any spellcheckers for IE or Firefox, but chrome has a basic one. It doesn't know certain words, but it can fix blatant mistakes.

There's a spell and grammar-check called After the Deadline, I just found it after I posted.))

Sarisha nodded her head to let him know that he was 'invited' to go with her. It was his island after all, or was it. She was still very suspicous of her surroundings, but still passed it off as common curiosity. This unknown island had to be a bad thing, right? Was she a hostige or something? Nevermind, she had to focus on the task at hand; fixing her weapon. A girl's gotta defend herself, right?

((About what? You post often.))

Vamprah got up, happy about accompaning Sarisha. I would've died of boredom if I stayed here. "Wait, you said it'll take about five hours, right?" He opened the door that led to the front desk, holding it for the Fae. "I'll have to lock up first, it only takes a minute."

Sarisha followed him out the door. She nodded, in appreciation, to him for holding the door for her. While waiting for him to lock up, she took a moment and took a good look around. Being locked up for most of her life, the scenery seemed huge to her. The small fae remembered the boat. Were they on an island? Hmm.

Vamprah placed his hand over the door's lock, reversing the opening mechanism. He walked through the shop's doorway, and onto the path. He smiled internally as the Fae looked at her surroundings. I guess this is the first time she's been out in the open. Human schools are really restraining. "The way to the forest goes past the dorms, I'll show you which one you'll be in on the way." Vamprah said as he started off towards the rainforest. A few drops of rain started to fall as the sky darkened. "And that's the other end of living in the middle of the equator..." Vamprah mentioned. At least it'll be cooler until 2:00 or so.
