Zombie Success stories

Recommended Posts

0/7 - one of the adults was successfully revived.

Going by the statistics of this thread, if TJ was evil he could make the entry requirement for the raffle after Halloween to create 5 Zombies :P

None again. Couldn’t even care anymore at this point.

I believe it was 3 dodges? Maybe 4.

I thik you can try that hourly now? I faintly recall a recent change to that regard ...

edit: of course only if your 5 disintegrations weren't from succesful kills - in that case, ignore me!

MANY dodges over the last few days, but finally 4 disintegrates and one success.

Had a batch last night.  Got four hatchlings and one adult.  My first eastern adult!  Happened to be the last adult out of ten.

0 successes. I wish we had a lot more kill slots and/or chances of success were raised noticeably. I don't look forward to much on DC outside of the 31st of certain months, so it's a disappointment on top of disappointment for me.

Can you re-name zombies?

Also, what are your plans for Halloween in terms of getting the most out of it? When to start killing etc.? :)

Yes, you can re-name zombies. I re-named all mine awhile back to include the body type in the name for easier completion-tracking.

According to my zombie post-it, to allow 10 adult revive attempts on Halloween we need to kill 5 adults on the 17th, exactly two weeks before Halloween, preferably early-ish so you'll have time to do the second 5 after the kills reset on Halloween.

According to my zombie post-it, hatchling attempts can start being collected 3 weeks and 2 days before Halloween, so with Incubate they will hatch 3 weeks before, then fog them and let their time run out, which will happen exactly 2 weeks before (just note what time they die so you make sure to revive them before their tombstone disappears on Halloween). And of course hatchlings can continue being collected that way until, I believe, 6 days before (at which point they won't die in time). This is all just from my notes though, I've never really done the hatchie-fodder thing.

Tried for Xenos again. 5 disintegrates.  Not many dodges though this time.

as for dodges, I noticed that most of the dragons that dodge me are being the same individuals over and over again:/ That's frustrating, because the rarest of fodder breeds make most of these stupborn dodgers:/

....Well, not to mention the Zombiefication odds are ABSURDALLY low, to the point I'm no longer happy and relieved when I get a Zombie turned - I can't help feeling like the game literally owed me it and it's like "finally, but you owe me more, game:/" instead..., It's been ages since I made a successful Zombie at night... my success rate is WAY lower in recent months compared to 2017... my latest success was 2 out of like 20sth on 31st after over 40 fails, and that was just because I had enough dead fodders to even get to any that would turn, I was almost rage crying when over 10 of the batch disintegrated on that day and  was almost angry at the final result despite 2 turns - that was too few after all those fails(over 50 dragons for 2 turns... srsly...). This is not a challenge to turn a zombie, it's and unbalanced RNG(and not even to get the fodders from one's correct biomes, though that IS hard for the rarest breeds, but yet, that's not THE challenge here), the actual challenge is to stay sane trying, and I failed the challenge already - the harder you try, the more challenging it can be to stay sane about it...)
