Warriors: Return to the forest

Skykit watched as Leopardkit talked with her dad. Her eyes downcast and ears drooping, Sky walked over to the brambles and lay beneath them. She never knew her dad and her mother was dead. She couldn't help but wonder where her father was. Thinking of the father she never had, she slept. In her dream, her mother appeared.

 

~~Skykit's Dream~~

Skykit wandered in the forest, hunting. Her mentor was watching somewhere and Skypaw wanted to impress her mentor. When she jumped on the mouse, however, she traveled to another place. Cats were all around her, it seemed as though stars gleamed in their pelts. Starclan! thought Skykit. Suddenly a grey colored cat appeared before her. Her mother. "Mother!" said Skykit and she nuzzled her mother.

Nuzzling her daughter, her mother whispered, "Listen well, Skyfire. Your father lives. He looks for you ever longingly. He loves you. Know that one day, he will find you. Know that, daughter, know that and sleep peacefully till he does come." With that her mother and the other Starclan cats faded into darkness.

Skykit mumbled in her sleep, but slept peacefully.

Darkclaw looked up suddenly at Ravenwing, his mouth agape. ((wtf agape? Ew Grammy, I'm using big words. D:)) He shook his head, trying to regain his composure. "Ravenwing... Love..." he said wistfully, looking at her with his eyes turning that same melancholy hue of blue. ((OJGAHFJASHFJASFA RAEGFORBIGLETTERS!>:U)) The black tom shook his head, smiling politely at Ravenwing. "No... You would, Ravenwing Love. You'd fit in just perfectly in WindClan, even better than here in ThunderClan..." he said quietly, smiling sadly at Ravenwing. "Just... there's a chance you wouldn't... Be able to make it." he said in a low, urgent voice, casting his gaze to the soft earth below his paws. His jet black tail curled around the paws, and Darkclaw tried to avoid the eyes of his sister.

Ravenwing was confused now and she asked, "What do you mean that I wouldn't make it? Will I be killed on sight as soon as I get there?" She was trying to understand what he meant when he said that statement. She was happy that she would fit right in but sad about what he said. She was also happy that he still loved her and at least that part of their relationship didn't change.

 

Sandfur wondered what they were talking about since she couldn't hear what was being said from where she was. She could tell that Ravenwing was happy an that made her happy for her but she could also see that she was confused with something. She figured that she'd ask Darkclaw later what they talked about if he was willing to share. The conversation between him and Ravenwing he might want to keep private and she was okay with that.

(@TMD: Should, be, because Tawnykit and Thunderkit are about to become apprentices I think. Ooh~ Can I take MoonClan? Please? :3 Oh, and me deleting Icepath and Owlwhisper; they don't do much. Oh, and maybe Bramblefrost.)

Spiritset glanced over at Duskstripe. He hard seen the sharp blow to Duskstripe, and hoped that she was okay.

Tawnykit watched Goldenkit with wide eyes. She darted around, and gave a few sharp little kicks to Shadestar. "You don't hurt my friend!" She squealed, darting away to dash behind Jadeshine. Jadeshine grinned at the little kit, stepped forward, and gave Shadestar a few blows herself.

Timberfur sighed in relief as goldenkit was saved. "Come no, I'll escort you guys back to shadowclan."

 

Thunderkit wasn't sure what it was, but he liked this tom. "Hey mister, what's your name?"

 

Timberfur smiled down at Thunderkit. "I'm Timberfur."

 

Thunderkit nodded and grinned with his fox-like teeth. "I'm Thunderkit!"

 

Timberfur nodded again and looked forward. "I know."

 

Angelsong frowned. "I don't know. I'm kind of scared..."

 

Demonstar yawned. "I think I should get back to my own clan now."

 

Silkstar nodded, "Alright. We'll discuss this again soon."

 

Demonstar nodded as he exited her den. "Soon."

Whitefire brushed her flank with his tail."Don't worry,Anelsong.Even if we have to live outside the clan,I'll be with you."he meowed.

 

Goldenkit followed Timberfur back to ShadowClan.Will he be apprenticed?

(Oops... Ignore that post. ^^' I'm not even really reading the pages; just skimming for important stuff. :3)

Tawnykit looked questioningly at Jadeshine. Jadeshine nodded, her jade-green eyes thoughtful. She lowered her head next to the little tortoiseshell, and mewed comfortingly, "I'll be there too little one to see you become an apprentice." Tawnykit grinned. She had become very close with the kind she-cat, and would be glad to have her by her side. Since Tawnykit had left her mother, father, and siblings... she shut her eyes. It would be nice to have someone by her side. Thunderkit and Goldenkit were both there to support her, Tawnykit reminded herself. Still... She hadn't thought about her real family in RiverClan in a while.

Silverstreak was heading towards ThunderClan territory but then she figured that she would head back to her own clan. She figured that they were okay since she had seen Sandfur and Snowpelt head that way. The rogues' scents were also faint right now and she knew that they left the clan. After awhile of walking and running, she finally reached the WindClan camp. She settled down at the fresh-kill pile, picked out a rabbit, and started to eat it.

Demonstar entered camp to find that everyone had returned safely. He attempted to sneak around back and slink into his den without anyone seeing him.

 

Angelsong purred and rubbed up against Whitefire. " Don't say that, I couldn't possibly have you leave your clan. "

 

Timberfur reached Shadowclan with the kits. "Alright, here is wher eI leave you. Be safe you two." he glanced once more he glanced at Thunderkit and dashed back to Thunderclan.

 

Thunderkit looked at the Timberfur's back. "Hey Goldenkit, don't you think there's something strange about that tom?"

Jadeshine watched Timberfur's retreating shape, and turned with a sigh to the three kits. "Well, I'm staying at Tawnykit's request." She meowed, smiling. Tawnykit grinned impishly back, her amber-gold eyes glowing. "Well, Silkstar will make you all apprentices in a moment. As for me... I wouldn't mind mentoring you Thunderkit." Jadeshine mewed, glancing at Thunderkit.

Silverstreak glanced up from her rabbit to see Demonstar try to sneak into his den without being noticed. "Hello Demonstar," she said with a small smile, "how did the business thing go?" She wondered when he would confess his true feelings for her. Probably at the same time that I do. As she thought that, she let out a small sigh but kept her gaze trained on him.

Silverstreak sighed and replied, "Tell me the truth." She knew that he was lying and that he always did this when she asked him something. She wasn't sure why he did but that he just did. She wished that he would be more straight-forward with her and tell her the truth. I also wish that he felt more comfortable with me to tell me what he was really thinking.

She finished her rabbit and then headed out of the camp saying to him over her shoulder, "I'm going out to hunt and will be back later." She turned her face back to being in front of her so that he wouldn't see her tear-filled eyes. She didn't know why he always lied to her. Maybe he doesn't really care for me then if he's always lying.

She wondered what he was going to say that was so secret that no one else could know. He must trust me enough to say what he's going to say to me and invite me into his den to say it. She sat there, waiting patiently for him to tell her.

Demonstar followed in after her to see that she was sitting on ihs bed. He felt his face flush and was about to ask her to get off when he shook his head. "Whatever." he muttered aloud. "Alright, since you're my deputy, there's... a prophecy you need to know of."
