There is of course the solar eclipse happening in April. Since these seem to be dropping in the latter half of the month, though, the next drop of silver Sonatas will overshoot it by a week and a half.

I just now (~11:15 AM cave time) bred 3 Eclipse Sonatas.

Also, I'm not sure where else to offer this, but I have 1 male and 4 female CB Eclipse Sonatas that are available for breeding if anyone needs a mate for something. I've got CBs of all holidays except Enraged Aegis. I've only got one egg slot open at the moment so if someone wants more than one egg you'll have to take them one at a time.

So annoying the Sonatas doubled in price once it became Eclipse only. Luckily I was able to breed one for my empty slot. I spent two days trying to catch one, but I never saw one come up! Now that it is eclipse only, will all Sonatas breed grey eggs? Or will they breed their own color? I don't have a free egg slot to try myself.

They all breed silver (just tested.) So - silver bred at 3.30 am cave time,22 January. Anyone want it - PB from goldens, before I AP it ?

It's 9:54 pm, and Eclipses are still available in the market. Though, now you can also get gold ones as well.

I really need to sit down and update the thread with the current theory for the Sonatas.

seem like

D30/31/0/1=blue+gold

D2-D10 = gold only

D11-20=blue only

D21= blue+gold

D22-29 =gold only

 

If Eclipses

D30 = all

D31/0/1 = only silver

D2 = silver + gold

I usually check the market and trading pages to see when the silver ones are out myself, but this info is useful. last eclipse I was able to bloodwap for a nice 3g pb eclipse sonata, so next time I'll be breeding or trading for a bloodswap 3g mate for her.
