as long as the 'client' has approved of the work and there are no changes - the deal is closed and anyone can then apply whether I have stated open or not. Just make sure to wait until they have seen and approved it is all.

Which Dragon: drawn/sprited entirely by me, should be fine.

What do you want it doing (be specific): He comes in from bottom left (facing left), curls up into sprite position before hugging his tail, then swims off top left. (He undulates up and down while swimming, and in the sprite his tail is twisted which you can hopefully untwist for the swimming.)

Any Text? (font): Nah

Background (can also be animated): Coral reef, unmoving except maybe bubbles.
