About Rules Know-how on Voting Current Entries Past winners About Inspired by Description Day, this is a newly run contest to acknowledge all the brilliantly written descriptions out there! What's there to gain from it? Well, your fellow users will be able to see your incredible writing skills and you can win a plaque for you dragons to put in your description! There are three categories: Most Original, Funniest, and Best Overall. There is a NEW category for the month of December: Most Festive! Do you think YOUR description is awesome? Think it deserves recognition? Go ahead and nominate it! Rules * You may enter one dragon description per category (This rule applies to only nominating your own dragons) * You may enter another user's description if you think it's good enough and deserves recognition * Please make sure your scroll name is visible on dragon pages if you wish to submit your own dragons! (that way we can make sure users don't enter dozens of their own dragons :3 You can re-hide your scroll after approval) *Nominations will be available for entry from the 1st to the 23rd of each month *Voting will be held on the last week of each month (make sure to participate!) *Please use this format when entering your dragons: Username: Category: Dragon Name: Description Link: -LINEAGE link here- Know-how On Voting Beginning from the 23rd of each months until the end, voting will be held for the best description in each category! Please look over all the entries and vote for your favourite in each category and the winners will be announced on the first of the coming month! Please use the following format to vote: Category: Dragon/Owner's name: Comments (only if you want to): *The comments part is only if you want to say something about the user's description. It's not necessary to put a comment if you don't want to ^-^ If you would like your vote to be confidential, please use the same format and PM the host (me) with your vote in the same format.
