Zombie Success stories

Killed on the 17th... still haven't gotten any kill slots back. Out of the five adults, none of them zombified. All dust. I had planned to kill and turn five more, but since the kill slots are still gone for me, that clearly didn't work as planned.

Very bummed.

Edited... apparently I killed them on the 18th instead of the 17th. Just got kill slots back. Grrr.

I got 3 zombies this year....

I didn't raise any fodder, I just killed a bunch of commons and cave blockers.

My first ever attempt was a success. I forgot what breed though.

After a failed attempt, I got my second: a previous male swallowtail.

And at the end of Halloween, I decided that I wanted a hatchi too, so I killed a 2G PB male

SW because that was the least liked of my hatchis. I only killed one hatchi, and it successfully zombified.

I got one zombie, I had dragons dodging me left, right and center. But one adult male was all I needed and I am really happy that it is actually a shimmerfail from my 2nd gen shimmer.

So after 3 years of this I finally have an adult male, adult female and 4 hatchlings (3 gendered, one not). A zombie family!

Successfully revived: smile.gif

seven S1 hatchie Zombies (7 out of 22, that died without using kill action)

one adult Cheese for ungendered Zombie (1 out of 5)

one adult male Zombie (1 out of 5)

note to self:

Next year I'm going to try for S2 hatchies and more adults using fodder dragons with much lower views.

This year, I was able to get my second zombie. It's a hachtling and its name is AP Mini Fledro. It was a Black dragon. Next year I'll try to get a female zombie. biggrin.gif

I got 2 hatchlings successfully revived out of 4, and 1 adult out of 4. Not bad, although I would prefer more adults because I don't really freeze hatchlings. Oh well. There was another adult I was supposed to kill for fodder, but they hadn't successfully bred what I needed so I couldn't slaughter them yet... but of course, right after Halloween they give me what I was looking for. Now it's too late!

All of my zombies are male. What a coincidence. blink.gif

I created my first Zombie this year! It was the first time I've ever tried, despire being around for five Halloweens. I never wanted to kill any of my dragons in the past, but this year I still had all those dragons from the Flood Control contest hanging around that I don't really need anymore... Soooo....

I killed four adults and one female zombified, the other three were not revived.

Got my first batch of Zombies this year! I tried five dragons last year and failed miserably, so this year I death-fogged 42 hatchlings and killed 5 adults, and successfully got 1 adult zombie and 8 zomblings - at least one of each gender plus some ungendered.

I am all manner of pleased about this. Next year I'll likely only try for an adult female in order to complete the set, though it depends on my mood next October. biggrin.gif

I only had 1 dragon for an adult zombie attempt and it turned out all I needed was 1 try! C:

I'm pretty happy just to have an adult and hatchie Zombie. I might try for some more next year, just to have them in lineages!

I already had a female adult Zombie, a female Zombie hatchling an an ungendered Zombie hatchling from previous Halloweens. This year I discovered the "neglecting hatchies method" and managed to zombify five of them (all were male) and a male Adult, a 4th gen arrow Pillow tinselfail. The Cheeses I sacrificed unfortunately all disintegrated. :< I even managed to revive a Waterhorse I had killed back to life. X)

Overall, I'm content with the results, though I'd have happily swapped one or two of the male hatchlings for an extra Adult or a winged ungendered. But there's always next year. :3 I still need to give my new Zombies proper names, they currently still show their tombstone inscriptions...

This year I had three adults and 39 hatchies killed. I got 1 adult Zombie and 12 frozen Zombie babies out of those. Not bad. smile.gif Around 30 % success just like previous years.

I have a cute Zombie baby army. biggrin.gif

I've been attempting Zombies for the past three years.

First attempt disintegrated, as did the second year's attempt

This year, the dragon dodged and lived.

Getting a touch discouraged.

Out of 5 attempts (all were adults) I got one male Zombie. Which was exactly what I needed to complete the set. Although I would've preferred one or two extra Zombies to try the Expunge BSA on them tongue.gif

I was extremely lucky last October, because I managed to get the full Zombie set on my first try. (Adult male and female, 2 gendered and 2 ungendered hatchlings.) cool.gif

Thanks Raising Dragons, I came for same purpose and so glad to see this

thread is up.

I am wondering if anyone has any new theories about what breeds or

timing will get better results as I zilched out last year. I have some pretty

lineages which I hope to get some success with this year and I sure would

not like to have them disappear into a pouf of dust!
