I've always said that although things were supposed to have changed, the 31st of any month apart from Halloween has done nothing for me. Think I'll stick to my weekend few in future. As far as I'm aware, there's no increased rate on months with no 31st. Edit: Other than the normal increased rates, sorry. Night, midnight, etc. Just no 31 bonus.
