I was surprised when I woke up that the egg that was hatching when I went to sleep hadn't hatched yet... then I noticed the glitch. Lineage view shows it properly.

Yeah. Being in the AP adds a day of time to eggs, so if you breed promptly one week from when the first egg was laid, and the previous egg hasn't been incubated or hatched, you get that.
