Not really... the plots gotten real weird. Sinbad is the re-embodiment of King David and David was like influencing what he did, then sinbad became stronger than david, now davids became stronger than sinbad when sinbad was being convinced to not do evil things by alibaba and now while Alibaba, Aladin and two others are trying to stop the population from commiting mass suicide (due to sinbad) sinbad and david are trying to fight for god-hood while Aladins genie friend is stuck in the middle trying to fix it all.

It's a pretty long series and there was adequate foreshadowing but it's just sort of got out of proportion.

It has two anime seasons and while theres a fair bit of fanservice the 2nd season is one of the few anime these days that i took time to rewatch.

Theres an arc where aladin goes to hogwarts if dumbledore didn't become a nice guy and stayed racist.
