Scizor tapped his red necklace before continuing anything. The power his body used in order to maintain that form was immense. If he used it all, he could be in worse shape than Uxie or Mespirit. Speaking of Mespirit, she jumped out of Scizors serrated claws just before he touched his necklace. She looked scared and maybe traumatized. She looked towards where Cresselia ran off and then focused on her blue brother, Azelf the Willpower Pokemon. Hopefully Azelf wouldn't see Scizor as a threat and would help his sister. Scizor needed help as well, as he began to push his body towards the shore. A cramp had appeared in his stomach due to lack of energy, and it started expanding as the efforts of the waters toxicity. His throat was already sore when the toxic liquid went through, which would make it hard for him to talk.

The red Pincer Pokemon used his wings for extra strength as he neared the sandy shore. Scizor knew a great bush that held many of the pink Pecha berries that did wonders for poisoned beings. And conveniently planted a few feet away was a bush that grew that dark blue oran berries, which healed a hurt pokemon. Scizor dreamed of the sweet and tangy taste of the berries as his body finally made it onto land. The clearing wasn't terribly deep inside the forest at all, you couldn't even call it deep. It was located just beyond a patch of trees that blocked it from the lakes view. Scizors mind rolled back to the sweet tastes of the different berries, completely distracting him from the pain that the expanding cramps and sore throat brought.

Yveltal felt her heart drop as the black Pokemon said that she was in Unova. "I can't be in Unova. I have to make it back to Kalos! Now!" She was now thrown into a panic, Suicune could probably make it through this storm, but she couldn't. The rain was coming down in Unova. "I can't fly in this weather." Her feathers ruffled as she panicked. She looked back at the black Pokemon. "Do you know a Pokemon that goes by the name of Suicune? If so, keep an eye out for him. He's...well...he's poisoning the lakes and I fear he'll target Kalos next since there are only three legendaries. The other two must be warned, but I don't know if they'll listen to me. What should I do?" She had no closed her eyes tightly as she tried to think of what she can do as oppossed to what she could do. She clapped her beak in thought, a habit she had longed developed.

Banette relaxed. "There's a city not to far from here," he said. "I'm pretty sure no one has heard of you here so I suppose it'll be safe for us to go and get some candy." "You feeling up to it Jirachi?" Victini asked her friend. "If not, I can turn invisible and get some for us to eat." Banette looked at Victini in surprise. Victini can turn invisble?

Okay, this is bad. This is really, really bad.

Whether Shaymin was fainting from shock or too petrified to move was hard to tell, but it did not matter. She was as helpful as her unconscious past self, which, in itself, was very unhelpful. Pacing back and forth, Celebi fluttered her wings furiously with one arm folded to her chest while her opposite hand was gathered at her mouth. The gemstone covered egg floated in the air lazily nearby, as though in a sedated state as Celebi hovered back and forth anxiously.

"Okay, okay, I can fix this," she began slowly as he fingers twitched irritably. "The past Shaymin is knocked, the current one is too scared to speak, and Suicune is on his way to the lake. I have now idea if my past self has felt his presence yet, but, considering he just entered the forest, we can guess that she hasn't."

The guardian's pacing had gotten worse. She was starting to fly in little circles around the area where both Shaymins, Mew, the molten husk Mew had came out of where. The husk had almost completely melted with only a thin boiling liquid seeping into the ground evidencing the shell's existence. Mew had seated herself upon a wavy branch with her long back paws pressed upward while her forearm was gently placed in her lap. Despite the pure and utter horror on Shaymin's face and the stress that was beginning to emit out of Celebi, Mew looked perfectly calm and collected. It would of been slightly unnerving to see the elder creature just sit in stare had it not been for her being so small and harmless looking. Even though she was an enigma, Mew did not seem dangerous in the slightest to Celebi. At least, not at the moment she didn't.

Abruptly, the pacing stopped. Celebi hovered in mid-air as she licked her lips anxiously.

"I think I know how to fix this," Celebi said slowly, making sure to take time to speak every syllable that came out of her mouth. "We just have to move the Past Shaymin to where she was suppose to be before Future Shaymin ran into her. Only problem is, Future Shaymin looks too terrified to even speak so I can't exactly ask her where she's suppose to be until she musters the strength to tell me." Celebi bit the end of her index finger and began pacing once more. It was clear she was distressed and having the threat of Palkia and Diagla looming over her didn't make things easier.

Yes, they did not want news of their actions to reach everyone's ears so quickly. If anything, they needed to tend to those who tried to spread the word. They're actions against the duo would not end in their favor. Darkrai, pleased that he had a task to accomplish, began hover over the lake. While Suicune poisoned the lake, he'd be sitting on top of it, waiting to cast Dark Void on all those who left the lake. It was a simply but efficient plan. The lake would be poisoned, no one would know of the corruption for a few hours, and the partners would be heading towards Lake Verity before anyone knew of Lake Acuity's fall. After that, they'd either run to the other major water sources or they'd leave for another region and return once the guardians of Sinnoh no longer suspected their precious water was in danger. It was a brilliant plan and Darkrai was only upset that he had not taken action sooner. If he had known Suicune decades, no, centuries ago, then he could of avoided so much torment, so much grief and pain that others thought he deserved despite the fact that he never meant to hurt anyone. Why he had never actually tried to do something was beyond him. He felt alive and content. He was no one's toy, let alone Cresselia's punching bag. He was his own person and he felt so empowered by it.

Then, just as Darkrai was about to prepare a Dark Void, Cresselia began to speak. Although her words were like acid and tone was flat and monotone, Darkrai could not help but turn around and give her an appraising look. Had she honestly expected him to be stay mellow and skittish forever after the way she treated him? No! Had she of been more understanding and willing to listen to him when he tried to explain things to her rather than trying to silence him with a Moonblast, Darkrai might of rejected Suicune's offer and stayed the same as he always way. She didn't even have to be kind! All she had to do was try to understand and perhaps try not to label him so harshly, but no, she could only find evil in him and never good. She had demeaned him, claimed that he was a criminal, a creature even! If she seriously expected for rage not to boil up over the years, than she was more oblivious than Darkrai had first anticipated. He did not hate her, but her actions. The so called monster before her was her own handiwork. She had created the who she deemed a monster and she was too full of herself to realize it. There were so many things Darkrai wanted to say to her. He had so many taunts to force upon her, so many ways to poke at her heart and laugh at once she gave a ridiculous reply, but, alas, Darkrai knew better than to humble himself in a fight. He would do as Suicune said right after he took care of a little matter.

Just as Cresselia began charging with her ice bolt being dispersed by a beam of light from Suicune, Darkrai had reached a respectable height above the lake. He balled his hands together as a shadowy ball began to from between his hands. Just a moment later Darkrai let go of this ball and swung his arms around himself as he turned a full three-sixty. Dark bolts swirling with violet hit those that tried to escape the lake and into the forest. They let out cries of surprise as a large swirling vortex opened around them. They lingered in misty translucent orbs before said orbs dispersed into thin air. Once the spheres were gone, those who had been struck by the Dark Void were fast asleep with whimpers and cries of pain echoing their sudden nightmares. Floating down to Suicune, Darkrai quickly began to form a Dark Pulse in the palm of his hand. Pushing himself slightly backwards, he let forth the Dark Pulse as it raced after Suicune's Shadow Ball. Cresselia had mad a poor decision when attacking head first. Her emotions were overwhelming (at least, Darkrai observed such), her and she was going on pure instinct instead of reason. If she had been more logical, than she would of waited for backup or of simply spied on them. She could of called for help, but she didn't. Darkrai rarely admitted that Cresselia was a decent fighter, a better one than him at times, but, now that he did not let his emotions shroud him so greatly, he began to think so once more.

No matter how great of a fighter Cresselia is, she is no match for the both of us. Had she taken one of us instead of both, she might of won. Now, she is only stalling. She'll be a pain to travel with, but us staying here will delay our process and allow the region to prepare for us. Damn her, she cannot defeat us, but she will delay us. It'll be best if we get rid of her, and quickly!

Igneous rocks were one of the few reasons Elliot had be sent to Sinnoh by the missus. She was a woman of few wants and desires and Elliot had found that fascinating about her. Unlike some other females, she did not ask for the biggest diamond in the world or to be taken to a beautiful island where she could relax with no cares in the world. The missus only asked for a few simple things and was barely upset if she failed to receive such things. Where others would cry, whine, or pout, the missus would simply shrug it off and put on a smile to make things bright. Elliot found her to be a wonderful creature and, knowing that she was wary of leaving her home region, decided to take it upon himself to collect the few things the missus had dreamed of obtaining, but never actually thought she would have in her possession. Elliot had traveled to Sinnoh only a few days ago and had already collected a bouquet of Gracideas with a small army of seeds to go along with it and a tightly tied cloth bag with the aroma of poffins drifting from it. Elliot had put his gifts in a satchel that was hanging from his chest. He knew he couldn't carry everything and therefore needed a carrying device to assist him. Elliot was careful enough to think ahead to the near future, unlike his beloved missus.

He had knelt down in order to search for a large collection of pretty igneous rocks. He had come all the way to Stark Mountain just to look at the volcano's creation just because of a comment the missus made one day about how she wondered how stunning volcanic rocks must of been after they cooled off. That one sliding comment was what led Elliot to the volcanic zone. He was picking up a particular colorful rock when he first felt the tremors. At first, he simply thought nearby volcano was going to erupt soon. Nothing he should concern himself about. He was one of the fastest things in his birth region. He was sure he could outrun, or out jump, magma. However, as the tremors increased and the island lacked an eruption, Elliot began to become suspicious. Pocketing the rock into his bag, Elliot began to make his way towards where he felt the tremors. Considering just how fast and close he was to the source of the tremors, it did not take Elliot long to find out what was making them. A large red pokemon, that of the likes he had never seen before, was pounding upon gigantic boulders that were blocking the entrance of a cave. Taking a few steps forward to get a closer look, Elliot tentatively touched the bright stone in the middle of the bracer around his neck as he passively thought of his chances against the creature if it tried to turn around and fight. It seemed completely occupied with what it was doing and didn't seem interested in the spectators. If that was the case, then Elliot could safely collect the rocks near the creature without worry of it trying to attack him. Lowering himself down, Elliot picked up what seemed to be a smooth black rock from the ground. A small thrill of wonder escaped his beak as he examined the strange rock. He hadn't seen anything like this before. The missus would surely enjoy having it in her collection!

Manaphy was rather content with the berry he was sucking on and the crying outburst earlier was starting to take its toll. He sniffed slightly then rolled over in X's arms to face the fire pokemon's chest. His head rested against his mother's stomach and his arms moved away from holding the berry to instead wrapping around his own body. The shift from sobbing to rest came very quickly and easily and, within seconds, his body relaxed and his eyes closed. The berry slipped from his mouth as he snuggled closer to X before falling into a light sleep.

Jirachi was quick to nod his head ferociously, his tiny hands curled into fists. He punched at the air enthusiastically as he floated up higher with glee. "Yeah, yeah!" He declared as he spun in quick circles around the two. "Candy!" Completely overwhelmed by the thought of the sweets, he rocketed into the sky, quickly rising above the tree line. His body began to spin slightly before he stopped several hundred feet in the air and looked around. He turned in a full circle before his eyes locked on a nearby human living space. That HAD to be it! Quickly, he dropped back down to where his friends were and sped off towards the town he had spotted, a large smile on his face. Like a hyperactive child, he wasn't going to stop until he got what he wanted.

Shaymin in general was very similar to a rabbit. Being a small pokemon, she had to worry about being on practically everyone's lunch menu. Stress got to her easily and she was frightened by everything. But that was the life of a small prey pokemon. Her poor heart couldn't handle the scare and stress caused by Mew's acting. The only thing she could hear was the loud thumping of her heart in her chest and ears and throat. It felt like it was everywhere and her entire body was beating to the rhythm of her heart. She was a flight animal in a flight or fight situation but she had taken the risk of trying to attack to defend her past self. The result of the situation was her body releasing hormones to speed up her heart rate to pump oxygen quickly to her muscles in hope it would speed up her movements. While usually this would be used for fleeing, she had instead tried to fight and channeled most of it into her attacks. But now she was facing a separate problem. Even if the threat of Mew and the dragon the playful pokemon had transformed into, she wasn't out of the fire yet.

The beating of her heart suddenly and abruptly began to falter. The reaction to the stress had caused it to overexert itself and now it was failing. She was literally dying from fright. The white and green hedgehog's flowers went first as a sign of her heart failure. Instead of turning back into buds like they usually would when she was scared or frightened, they quickly turned brown and broke off of her back, drifting to the ground around her. This was an obvious sign something was wrong with her since the flowers were not supposed to break off in the first place. Her eyes were still wide open in shock but despite her mouth also being open, she couldn't seem to say anything since she was still petrified from earlier. The green on her back that gave her a bush like appearance for hiding began to turn brown as well, starting at the ends and slowly creeping towards the middle of the green arrangement. She wasn't dropping dead right then and there so the process was pretty slow but it was pretty obvious something was wrong with her.

While Celebi sweated out stress and paced back in worth in an agitated manner, Mew turned her attention to the living bush beneath her on the ground. Shaymin, as Celebi called her, didn't appear to be in good shape. In fact, she looked absolutely dreadful! She wasn't moving, her mouth was agape, and her eyes were staring blankly out into space. She was either dead or seriously traumatized. The latter seemed more likely to Mew, but she didn't like to think that the small pokemon's horrid condition was to be blamed purely on her! No, Mew was not the kind of person to terrorize someone for fun. Everything she did was for a reason and Mew had scared Shaymin because she had to. A gentle press of a paw to her head reminded Mew just how much the little creature had hurt her. That Moonblast had let a mark on Mew's head and it stung like fury. It wasn't like Mew wasn't use to be hurt, quite on the contrary, but that didn't mean she liked being injured.

Things started to get interesting when Mew began to notice the wilting flowers on Shaymin's back. Her ears perked up and she watched curiously as the flowers began to fall of the small creature's back. The grass from which the flowers were contained began to turn brown, as though it was dying. Mew did not know much about Shaymin. She had seen her kind before, but she'd never seen one do what Shaymin was doing now. Whatever was going on, it was obviously not right. If those flowers were attached to her back, wouldn't it hurt if they fell off. Yet, as Mew continued to watch, Shaymin did not scream in pain or move about as though trying to escape her agony. She simply laid there, motionless, like a statue.

Why, that won't do one bit! I'd ought to go see what's wrong while Miss Britches gets on her pacing.

Floating down from where she was, Mew landed next to Shaymin and tilted her head in wonder. The grass on her back was starting to falter, but there was no clear sign from what was causing it to act such a way. Lowering herself, Mew pressed her head against Shaymin's chest and began to listen carefully. Her eyes glazed over as she listened to the thumping of Shaymin's heart. The rhythm pf her heart, the beating of her life essence, was slowing down, as though it was coming to an unexpected end. Shaymin was having heart failure and there was nobody nearby skilled enough to help her.

Well then, I guess I'll need to improvise.

A bright light began to envelope Mew. Her entire body glowed a bright white as she was consumed by the pure essence of it. Her form began to meld and reshape itself. Her limbs grew longer, her body grew fatter and taller, her ears began to become pointed and her tail began to thin everywhere but the tip to which it grew thicker and in a different design. Sparks bounced off from the edge of the light and, as the light faded, a new creature took Mew's place. She was no longer Mew, but a completely foreign creature that looked absolutely nothing like her original form.

A Raichu stood before Shaymin as electricity danced off her bright yellow cheeks. Celebi's attention was drawn to Mew's new form and, confused by the situation, only blinked in puzzlement. She did not question what Raichu was going to do for she hoped it would result in Shaymin waking up. Raichu, not noticing Celebi, bent down towards the Shaymin and sniffed her curiously. She didn't reek of death just yet. Good, she still had time left. Taking a step back, Raichu began to call energy to her cheeks. As the electricity began to circulate in her cheeks, sparks began to surge out of her face, lashing out wildly towards whatever was nearby. More electricity poured out of Raichu's cheeks, and, in a single swoop, a bolt of electricity shot towards Shaymin and struck the small creature. The electricity turned to mere sparks and Raichu paused to see if her Thunder Shock had any affect on Shaymin. The idea was for the surge going through the small creature's body to bring her heart back up again. It was a poorly conceived plan, but what else was expected of a creature who wasn't suppose to heal others?

(If Raichu using Thunder Shock on Shaymin with it making contact is a little overboard, do tell me.)

Stone after stone, boulder after boulder, Groudon slashed and smashed at the ever decreasing wall of rubble at the cave entrance. Unaware of the surroundings behind him, he pushed forward with determination to make it home before anything that he dreaded for his home happened. Certainly there were others there that would not allow Kyogre to do as he pleased freely, but if the whale decided to, he could flood the continent, or at least most of it. Shaking his head in frustration he pushed harder for another few hits. Taking a step back to examine what he had done, he paused and began to sense the structure, thickness, and strength of the stone wall, he found that it was nearly at an end, but extremely dense. He pondered whether to keep on physically assaulting it or try a different tactic.

With a a large exhale from the work he put into attacking the wall, he gathered the solar energy he acquired earlier and began to focus it into a ball of bright solar energy. While grass type moves weren't usually his specialty, Solar Beam held a special place in his heart. Completing the charge in a quick amount of time (thanks to Groudon's own Drought) he opened his mouth as wide as he could and fire the concentrated beam into the rock wall. He held his ground as the beam ripped through stone and blasted apart rock. He maintained the beam for a good amount of time and then stopped. Dust filled the air as Groudon waited for it to clear, soon revealing that his work was not in vain, and the cave now was open, the entrance large enough to fit his massive hulk. Before he pushed on with his mission, he took a few minutes to catch his breath and gather more sunlight.

In Shaymin's herd, there had been a few stories floating around about members suddenly dropping dead after running away from predator animals. This rarely happened in their sky forms since the additional dimension of movement meant that Shaymin were no longer a prey animal and could actually fight back against most predators. Usually, larger pokemon only attacked them while they were trapped on the ground since they were slower, fatter and could do less in a struggle. But that didn't stop few from escaping and making it back from the herd, only to suddenly collapse and die on the spot. The herd didn't know how to explain this phenomenon and never figured out what its cause was. They didn't understand how a creature without a single injury could die on the spot. It became associated with poison and they just assumed that while no physical injury could be seen, they died from poison. How else could it be explained?

Shaymin didn't quite realize this was happening to her. While it was clear to her something was wrong and red alerts were flaring in her mind, she couldn't understand why or what was going on. A sense of dread filled her as the beating began to die down. The constant, loud thumping rather rapidly turned into a slow, drawn out beating. Breathing was becoming taxing and she was starting to sweat as if she was running away quickly from something. The ends of her vision were blurred and the cold fuzziness was starting to creep into her main line of sight. Was she… dying? The thought seemed to hit her out of nowhere but that seemed like the only thing it could be. The little thing that was always afraid from and running from death had finally had it catch up to her. But how? Why? It didn't make any sense! As her vision began to completely blur and she started to close her eyes, a sudden flash suddenly lit above her.

The harsh light expanded and filled her vision, followed immediately by a burning sensation. Her body bounced upwards as her muscles all tensed and contracted at once from the electric shock. The thudding in her chest roared to life yet again as her feet scrambled about in wild patterns, as if she was dancing. Shaymin took a large breath as her eyes shot open again. Her tensed legs remained like that for only a few moments before her paws moved to her chest to feel her heart. She remained like that for a few seconds as the burning and pain faded to a tingling feeling. It hurt but it didn't feel like she was dying anymore. The electric shock seemed to have been enough to fix whatever was wrong with her. Slowly, she moved her sore muscles to roll herself over so she could look around properly. She still looked a bit shell shocked but standing seemed like the best thing to do at the moment and the thing she focused most on, despite the fact it probably wasn't so good for her to be moving about after nearly dying. She managed a grunt towards the pokemon standing nearby she didn't know, squinting her eyes at it. Who was that? Was that the pokemon responsible for the flash and the pain she felt now?

Cresselia had imagined this fight in the past. She'd hoped it would never come to this, but she had run it over in her head countless times. Darkrai would refuse salvation, her infinite patience would fail her, and they would clash for one final time. It would be bitterly disappointing whichever way it ended - her life would be over, either literally or figuratively. But she had always assured herself that she would win. One final victory, for what little it counted. But in none of her dreams had she imagined Darkrai would have an ally, and so she found herself charging into two super-effective attacks instead of one.

Her attack collided with the Shadow Ball in a spectacular explosion, but the larger dark-type attack slammed into her. She screeched. This was not how it was supposed to be. The Purifier...no, Suicune - he deserved that title no longer - defying his god-given duty, and her counterpart forsaking his to help him. She had expected more, even from that wretch. Unforgivable. What did he offer Darkrai that she did not? Now, closer to him at the end of her charge, she slashed at Suicune with both razor-sharp veils in sequence, charging up a Moonblast as she went.

A glint! Though the object was mostly hidden in shadows, a small stream of light had managed to hit it. Could it be? The object was round and the right size, although the darkness didn't quite allow Latios to see what color it was. Hope welled up inside of him as he rushed towards the object with his sister. After so long, it seemed as if they may have finally found it. Was it really so easy? Careful search at every other location that they had searched had led him to believe that, if they ever did find the Soul Dew, it would be after hours or days of careful, dusty searching. Immediately finding it, barely inside of a cave entrance, didn't seem right. It was much to simple, and surely someone else would have found it? The Eon twins had only heard that the Dew may have been at Victory Road through a rumor. Others would have to have heard, or the rumor would not have spread at all. While many considered the orb useless, for its powers affected none but the twins, others must have realized its value. Aside from those who collected powerful objects, there were those who would have used it to control Latias and Latios. They would do almost anything to get it back.

A Smoke Ball. That was all that the small, round object that had caught their attention was. All of the hopes that had built up crashed to the ground to be replaced by defeat. It was hopeless, wasn't it? They hadn't properly searched the cave, but Latios doubted that the Dew was there at all. They had chased rumor after rumor, and for what? No good had come out of any of it. It truly seemed as if they would never get the Soul Dew back.

Normally a bit prideful, Latios now felt so defeated that he felt as if asking for a new Soul Dew was truly the best course of action, though he didn't think that it would be so simple. "If we could even find Arceus," he said bitterly. "When is the last time anyone has seen him?" Even if they could find him, would he even help? Who ever knew how he'd react? Maybe he would help, or maybe he would punish them for losing the Soul Dew.

With Darkrai as his backup, there was no way he could lose! Suicune's ego was rather quick to get the better of him as he watched one of the attacks strike her and the Crescent Pokemon screech. It was like music to his ears. It was too bad, really. Cresselia would have been a wonderful addition to their tag team of water polluters but the relationship between her and Darkrai was so broken he doubted it would ever get back together. But really, he had to thank her. If it wasn't for her, he never would have gotten Darkrai onto his side. Counterparts they may be but the hatred the two of them shared drove Darkrai to his side instead of hers. She had, in a way, created her own downfall by abusing poor Darkrai so much. If it was on their own, Suicune probably would have been stopped by Mesprit's Future Sight instead of acquiring a guardian angel of sorts to take the attack for him.

The charge, shockingly enough, was not broken by the attack and faster than he could respond, Cresselia was right in front of him. With a snarl, Suicune turned his head aside to meet the attack with his shoulders as the two veils spun towards him. Even if they appeared to be more for show than attacking, they were solid enough to slash rather large marks into Suicune's side. Suicune grunted but snapped his head back towards Cresselia, powering up an Aurora Beam. He had made a mistake of counting her down by the Dark attack and would have to watch her more carefully. He'd have to make sure she was really down and not just momentarily stopped. Perhaps, that could be his payment for giving him Darkrai. He'd put her out of her misery quickly instead of having her suffer. With a snarl, he unleashed the Aurora Beam towards the pokemon with the hopes of doing some kind of lasting damage.

"W-What did you-"

"Heart failure. I gave her a bit of a kick to get her moving again."

"I... thank you, but-"

"Nah, no need to worry 'bout it. Just consider our deal to be two for one instead for one for one. I'll be generous and refuse to add anymore onto the deal for the next twenty-four hours. That'll be nice, won't it?"

"What about-"

"The unconscious Shaymin? I'll take care of that, no charge. If we can't get the future Shaymin to stutter out something, I'll just carry the unconscious one around 'till I find the place where she's suppose to be."

"Why that's very kind of you-"

"Ain't it?"

"-but I'm not sure Shaymin is willing-"

"Nah, I'm sure she'll sputter up once you get her mouth moving."

"Pardon me, able to speak after facing such a traumatizing event."

"Well shoot! I'm sure she is! Here, let me try to knock some words out of her."

Flicking her tail to the side, Raichu bent down to become eye-level with the now awake Shaymin. She looked rather frightened with her eyes so wide that it appeared they'd bulge out of her skull and roll on the grass. The idea was sickening and made Raichu make a disgusted snort just at the thought of it. Though shivering, as though she anticipated to fall over at any moment, Shaymin seemed alive and fully conscious. It was more than Raichu could say for the small bush's counterpart hanging from a branch a few feet behind the future Shaymin.

"Hey, Shaymin," Raichu started as she blinked at the smaller pokemon. "Ya in there? Do you remember where you were when Suicune first entered the forest, where you were located before you went to the lake?"

It was almost satisfying to hear Cresselia shriek in such agony. What she felt was miniscule when compared to how Darkrai had felt over the years. The despair she and others alike had brought onto him was beyond their comprehension. Truly, if she had acted differently or decided to listen to her brain rather than her heart, things would of been different. Or, perhaps, it was her heart and not her brain she should of listened to? Nah, that couldn't be. She was twisted and narcissistic with possibility a personality malfunction, but she was no fool. She could see the pain she wrought and she turned it to her blind her, pushed it away and followed whatever instinct was urging her to go on. What ever stingy part of her mind that told her to go one and do the harm was the part of her mind that Darkrai wanted to suffer must. Oh sure, she's suffer fully, but the look on her face when she realized she could hurt him no longer. It would be a day that Darkrai would be willing to wait for.

It was disappointing that Cresselia kept going after being hit by the Dark Pulse. Darkrai wanted to make Cresselia suffer after what she did, but he also knew that he and Suicune were on a tight schedule. They could only stay at the lake for so long before the other legendaries came to their senses. The creation trio, although a busy bunch, would sooner or later notice Sinnoh's problem and take action. When that happened, Darkrai did not want to be in Sinnoh for any reason. Cresselia had to be dealt with as soon as possible if the duo were to leave before the creation trio expected anything. Pushing himself backwards, Darkrai let out a Double Team, creating four copies of himself with two on each side. While three began to power up a Dark Pulse two charged towards Cresselia as though they were going to attempt to swipe at her or hold her down in some manner. Darkrai thought it was obvious that the two clones he sent to attack Cresselia were obviously fake, but the three versions of him charging up a Dark Pulse was another story. She'd have to guess which one was real or move out of the way, however, knowing her luck, she'd probably guess spot on.

While the big red pokemon continued to smash boulders, the natives, along with Elliot himself, began to move closer to the mouth of the cave. Elliot had dared to reach the mouth of the cave to pick up fragments of the boulders the bigger pokemon had smashed. He had knelt down, observing what he found attractive as most of the other natives stood behind him, watching the big red pokemon in awe. A few dared to go further into the cave. Some children were daring each other to go in and touch the cave wall before running back while their parents looked on warily. One such soul, a Machamp to be precise, had ventured further than everyone else. Some called for him to return while others gave out small whoops and encouraging words. Elliot was indifferent to the matter and simply seek to collect some of the more interesting rocks that were produced by the larger pokemon's smashing. He paid little attention to the Machamp as it marched towards the larger pokemon. What was he planning to do? Scold the big pokemon for making a tunnel? Challenge it to a duel? Simply poke at it for fun? Whatever it was, Elliot didn't care. He was too busy looked only some fine volcanic glass to even look in the exploring Machamp's direction. Whether it was ignorance or arrogance that drove him forward, Elliot didn't care. The missus would expect him back soon and he couldn't decide if the small chip the rock he was holding was enough to keep him from bringing it back.

Groudon stopped as he noticed more commotion going on behind him. With a sigh, he took two steps to turn around. A large group of pokemon watched as a Machamp approached him. He stared the four armed fighting type in the eyes. Deciding it would be best to speak, Groudon called out, "If you choose to follow me, you won't be able to turn back. This tunnel leads to Hoenn and I will be resealing the entrance soon."

Looking at the crowd, he noticed a Blaziken collecting stones at the entrance. Knowing that they were local to Hoenn, Groudon decided that it would be polite to offer escort to someone who shared his home region. Focusing his attention pass the Machamp, he addressed Elliot, "Blaziken there. If you want a trip back to the Hoenn region, I would be offering escort if you would like." Groudon had a soft spot for most Hoenn locals, especially when in another region. This was something nice he could offer before confronting Kyogre, if he messed with the continent. He paused as he faced the crowd, but his attention was focused to the Blaziken's response.

A great rumbling voice cued the great beast's awareness of the Machamp's advances. A select few words were spoken and the Machamp was silenced. Elliot glanced up at the Machamp momentarily, watching as the stranger opened and then closed his mouth repeatedly before keeping it shut in a firm line. Elliot snorted, allowing flame to itch his beak and crawl out of his nostrils. What did the Machamp expect? For the great beast to turn around and greet him? Did he expect a fight? Did he not? Pitiful, it was. The Machamp had no idea what he was doing but he did it anyway. It was just sad to to think that some people could not think things through and ahead of time. Elliot made sure that he did nothing before he thought it through. When you are a child and taken care of by others, you do not have to think ahead. You simply do as your told and enjoy life as it is. However, when you are grown up and are in the real world, things are different. You have to think ahead, plan your moves, figure out what the best thing to do is. You can't just sit around and wait for someone to take care of you, it is critical that you are able to take care of yourself and foresee the consequences to your actions. Planning ahead is crucial to knowing your future, and Elliot understood this completely.

Just as he was placing another stone in his back, the same voice that had quieted the Machamp suddenly called to him. Almost instantly did Elliot turn to face the big red creature. Surprisingly, it had recognized him to be of a species native to Hoenn, supposedly where this creature had come from, and offered him a free ride there. Immediately, Elliot began to go over his options. He was, in fact, not living in Hoenn and was actually living in a different region altogether. This stranger did not seem to know that, but that mattered little. Would Elliot benefit traveling to Hoenn as opposed to staying in Sinnoh? Well, for one, Hoenn was a lot closer to Elliot's home region than Sinnoh. It had taken weeks for him to travel to Sinnoh and he had only gotten, seeds, flowers, treats, and rocks from his exploration. If he went to Hoenn, he could go and find more gifts to bring back to missus. It would be a nice surprise now that he thought about it. She knew he would be traveling to Sinnoh, but he said nothing about Hoenn. Along with the promise of quicker travel and more gifts, the idea of seeing is native region was appealing to him also. Maybe he could find others of his kind and learn more about himself. Elliot was sure he understood who he was, but it wouldn't hurt to see what others of his kind did as well.

"I have not resided in Hoenn as of late," Elliot called to the great beast with a respectful dip of his head. "But I will gladly take your offer of an escort to there. I have matters to tend to there and an offer as generous of yours will not be ignored."

The Blaziken's words confused Groudon. Not native to Hoenn? He suddenly remembered that non-legandaries were not bond to their region of origin. Shrugging that off, he nodded to the Blaziken and started to head deeping in the cave. He reached the farthest point that the light from outside the cave reached and stopped. At this point he waited for his new companion to reach him. He called out to the Machamp and others by the entrance, "I would back away from the entrance, unless of course hundreds of pounds of rocks on your body." Looking at Elliot, he spoke again, "The trip will take awhile, if your not packing some sort of food in that little bag, you'll get hungry. There will be fresh water."

Groudon recalled the last time he used these tunnels to traverse the regions. They were populated by at most 5 random cave dwellers. Maybe a pack of Zubat, a wandering Geodude, maybe even a rare fossil pokemon like Kabutops. Either way, they were dark, wet, and long. Groudon only felt comfort in knowing that the ocean above couldn't break through it unless broken from the inside, and no one was dumb enough to do that, or so he hoped. Of all the people Groudon met, no one was that thick as to test that. He felt the cool air of the tunnel behind him as he waited. Something was off, something new that wasn't there when he came to Stark in the first place. As long as it didn't cause a problem Groudon maintained his goal of getting home, right now, that's all that mattered to him.

"Ah, but I prepared for that," Elliot said with a grin. "I always bring provisions with me while I travel. It would be unwise not to." Sure enough. Elliot a good variety of fruits, vegetables, and grains in his bag. He was already prepared to travel through areas where he might not be able to catch a meal. Elliot, although able able to somewhat adapt, was never truly in his element in foreign lands. He much preferred the feel of home's grass between his talons and the brushing of the gentle breeze against his feather and the cheerful laughter of his lady. He was use to calmness, a steady flow through life rather than what the other regions brought. Elliot pondered if should go quickly hunt, but dismissed the thought. Meat would spoil after a time and was beast eaten on the spot. This beast did not seem the waiting type and most likely to give up his offer or become impatient with Elliot. So, for now, he would continue onwards with what he had. Still, he'd miss meat for the time being. Watching as the massive beast come forward, Elliot, giving a sort of bow, came forward with ease. The cave got darker as he went on and the light began to slowly disappear. Did they have to walk in the darkness? It would not be complete darkness thanks to the glowing on Elliot's megastone, but it was a poor light source. Sure enough, as Elliot came closer to his traveling companion, his megastone began to faintly grow, as though an ember radiating heat. It wasn't very noticeable when compared to other light sources, but in complete darkness, it was like a faint beacon in the dark. Elliot, not paying any mind to it, came to the red creature's side and looked up at him.

"I am ready whenever you are," he proclaimed solemnly as he waited for the beast to act.

With a nod and a quick grunt, Groudon slammed his tail into the wall. The cave started to shake as stone and more large boulders fell down behind them. He couldn't help but smirk as the Machamp made a quick dash out of there before getting crushed. Groudon may have seemed to just be digging and blasted at rock, but he was also secretly building the next barrier. In a matter of seconds, the light from the outside was blocked out completely. Waiting a minute for their eyes to adjust to the darkness, a faint green glow radiated from moss on the ground, almost making a path for the pair to traverse the cave with light visibility. As they moved forward into the tunnel system, Groudon picked up on some things he remembered from his trip to Stark, though he also noticed some subtle changes. Nothing of concern, yet.

As they got deeper in the tunnel, a few blue and purple glowing crystals stuck out in the ceiling and walls. Though Elliot had a faster pace than Groudon, he made up for his slow pace with large steps. There were benefits to being the heaviest pokemon on earth and mobility was not one of them. Looking down to see how him companion faired, he noticed the distinct glow of Elliot's mega stone. "Mega Stones are a rare trinket to wield, let alone by a Blaziken. May I ask how you acquired it?"

The Machamp's cry of fear and he jolted to the mouth of the cavern would of been amusing if the threat of being crushed by the rocks wasn't present. Elliot watched uninterestedly as the Machamp scrambled to get out of the cave as the rocks fell from the ceiling. In a matter of a minute or so, the entrance became blocked and Elliot wondered how they were going to navigate through the darkness. Just as soon as the thought entered his head, moss collected upon the ceiling began to glow as though it was a fire. The moss stretched for miles through the tunnel, showing a clear path between the travelers.

"Ah," Elliot breathed with a hint of wonder in his voice. "Bioluminescence, Leucobryum Bioluminata I presume? I did not think so much of it could be in a single place at once. Impressive."

Besides his comment on the glowing moss, Elliot was completely silent as they ventured through the tunnel. The tunnel itself was quite the feat. How such a long and structurally strong tunnel could form was a mystery to Elliot. He would of thought it was man-made had it not been for the evidence, or lack of to be precise, of man's workmanship. There were no steel pillars or concrete support rails. No iron or copper place holders to make the tunnel more sophisticated were in sight. Not even a railroad was placed within the tunnel. It had to be natural made, but yet, it seemed so impossible. Elliot was no stranger to the myths of the great land puller Regigigas. Legends said that it pulled all the landmasses to where they currently are before being locked away by the same humans who had worshiped it. Although, now that Elliot thought about, him and the red stranger would be underwater by now, wouldn't they? They couldn't be too far underwater or else the pressure of the water around them would cause the tunnel to collapse. They had to be somewhat elevated above the sea floor, right? The sudden question regarding his megastone made Elliot shake off all his confusing thoughts and turn to his companion who was watching him, waiting eagerly for a answer. Elliot let out a small chuckle and gently pressed a talon to the bracer around his neck from which the stone was attached.

"An old friend of mine gave it to me long ago," Elliot explained. "She... could not possible acquired it on her own, but from what source this object was located prior to it being given to me I do not recall."

Banette stood there watching Jirachi fly away. "Wait up Jirachi!" Victini shouted, going after him. Banette blinked before he realized they were going to the town. "Oh..." he said. There was no way to catch them...unless. He grinned, pulling out his mega stone while pushing the button on his necklace.

Because he's my brother and all want him to be safe." He then decided to pop up right to Palkia.

Dexoys was about to respond to Palkia's explanation, since she now fully understood what had been said. But then suddenly another large creature entered the area. Dialga, master of time. Deoxys was beginning to feel far more uncomfortable. The Creation trio were extremely powerful, Deoxys was fairly convinced that two could easily defeat her. Palkia seemed perfectly comfortable to have her around at the moment, maybe because of their mutual connection to Space. She wasn't certain, but was grateful that she would hopefully not be fighting them both. But if she wasn't fighting, she would likely be running. Deoxys' fight or flight instincts were triggering. Even if she didn't need to fear the dimensional master, she couldn't expect the same treatment from the temporal one. and she certainly didn't want to be the one to cause a fight between two of the Creation trio.

Reshiram deftly dodged the first Moonblast, and fired a Will-O-Wisp to counter the second. There was a large explosion of smoke.

"Now now. Don't be so rude." Reshiram chided Xerneass as she might a young child, "For one, I have a large advantage over you, seeing as I can fly and you can't. I'm also clearly more experienced in combat, or you would know that firing two attacks down the exact same trajectory is never a good idea."

The smoke was clearing now, Reshiram loosed a Will-O-Wisp at it and ignited it, burning it away.

"If you wish to challenge me, go ahead, but do realize that I'm far out of your league and will not hold back." She threatened calmly.

Her eyes glowed blue and the turbine in her tail spun faster, then the ground on the spot Xerneass was standing erupted in a massive explosion as Reshiram used Earth Power. The blast was several yards across, leaving Xerneas little to no room for escape. But Reshiram didn't doubt the deer's resourcefulness, she would leave it no chance. She loosed a Fusion Flare down at the eruption. Now the deer had two options: Flee the Earth Power attack and face a direct hit from Fusion Flare. Or avoid the Fusion Flare and let Earth Power engulf it. Either way, Reshiram already had the upper hand.

He swiftly flee the earth power and decided to take the fusion flare seeing that it was a dragon type move. He took it with little damage seeing as he resisted it. He then fired 10 moonblast this naturally took a lot of energy out of him. But he still stood firmly. Firing them all at different places to confuse Reshiram. "You are little more than a dragon. Which I can crush. I can also crush Yveltal. So give up and tell me where he is."

Reshiram had expected Xerneas to make the more instinctive move and take the more powerful attack. She had not expected the large flurry of Moonlbasts. This time they were spread out and harder to dodge. It was like he had read her mind. No matter, just because hos strategy was improving didn't mean she couldn't easily crush him. She loosed a flurry of Will-O-Wisps at his Moonblasts, a far weaker attack and thus less draining, but equally capable of blocking the storm coming at her. She also had the advantage of not having to hit all the Moonblasts, and instead she only hit those that were coming directly at her, the others sailed harmlessly past. She then repeated her tactic from last time, using earth Power beneath and Fusion Flare above. Unless the deer could find some way to counter that combination, Reshiram would be done with him in time for tea.

Xerneas decided to deflect the fusion flare right back at Reshiram using his Moonblast then run out of the Earth power. "Not happening incompetent creature. I will crush you." He then sent 30 Moonblasts at Reshiram taking another large deal of energy. This time he controlled 2 and all were set on a path to hit her. All in different directions now. The 2 he controlled were standing by the sidelines. Exhaustion started to overtake him.

The telepathic message from Diagla was not something Palkia expected, but nothing more than mild surprise came from it. Diagla was not the subtle type, this Palkia knew, but his words were rather concerning. Since when then Diagla get on bad relations with Ho-Oh? Palkia thought that he and his brothers weren't to dwell too long in the Other World. Surely Diagla did not have time to stay long enough to learn to despise the fire bird. Even if he did manage to find a way to loathe Ho-Oh, he had no reason to extinguish its life. Ho-Oh, being a legendary, was created for a reason. It had a purpose, a job to attend to. Father didn't make it because he wanted to do, he made the avian because he needed something to be done and therefore needed to craft something that would attend to the task. Removing Ho-Oh would result in not only the unbalance of the world, but the rage of Arceus. He was considered to be a god and for a good reason. He'd show no mercy when it came to Diagla's wish. It didn't matter that he could consider Diagla to be his son, he'd do what he had must to restore the balance of the world.

"I most certainly will not," Palkia barked at Diagla's ridiculous request. "You know better than that. Don't stick to such childish ways and ask of me to perform a task that will only result in the creator's anger. You better shove whatever abhorrent feelings you harbor towards Ho-Oh down to the depths of your mind. Attempting to murder Ho-Oh will only result in you obtaining a punishment and a brand new Ho-Oh being creating. Cease those foolish thoughts!" Palkia could not help but notice that Deoxys was showing signs of being uneasy. The virus was shifting uncomfortably and was darting its eyes back and forth between Palkia and Diagla. It was quite a peculiar situation. Deoxys only seemed to feel awkward and nervous around Palkia. Now that his brother had arrived, the virus was beginning to show signs of inner turmoil. It was possible considering to flee or back away while it still had the chance. Diagla had either not noticed Deoxys or didn't care about the virus's presence which was good on Deoxys's part. However, should it try to flee, Diagla would surely notice and most likely take it as a sign of aggression. He always was the most temperamental of the three. Giratina had went through a phase before becoming the most kind, if Palkia could call it that, and lonely of the three. Palkia was the most level-headed and the one who was most bond to their father's wishes. Diagla was prone to outbursts and acts of violence, but he was loyal to his brothers nevertheless. The three were nothing alike, but yet they stuck together.

"Our brother fares well," he said gentle, thinking about to his visit to the banished one. "He is as lonely as always, looking at those bubbles of his, longing to see the outside world. I fear for his mental state." Palkia paused as he thought upon the matter. Giratina was not the most... stable of the three. It wasn't his fault, really. He could not help it if he was cursed for an action he did when he was young and arrogant. But yet, he was unstable. Palkia could see it in his eyes as he pondered upon the matter of bringing Darkrai or Cresselia to the Distortion World. He wanted to free one of the horrors the Other World brought and the other he wanted to make suffer for her actions upon her counterpart. It was justice filled action, but a mad one. Bringing someone to the Distortion World would leave them bewildered, scared, and without any food or water. They would die from fright, starvation, or dehydration. The fact that Giratina struggled to see that was worrying.

"Why don't you go and visit him?" Palkia suddenly asked Diagla. "He was elated when I came to visit him a few hours ago. Imagine just how much joy you'll bring to him if you visit him also! He'll barely be able to contain himself, I'm sure. When was the last time you visited him anyway? I'm sure he's just dying to see you." Diagla visiting Giratina would be a good thing. Giratina would be just exultant to see both of his brothers in a single day, Diagla would be entertained enough to hopefully forget the nonsense with Ho-Oh, and Palkia would be gifted with the knowledge of Giratina's delight. It was a win-win, really. It would be absolutely appalling if Diagla refused to do so. In Palkia's mind, there was no good reason for Diagla to not see his brother unless he had some work to attend to. Palkia didn't feel a disturbance, but there was always a chance something minor was happening. Still, Diagla was not the type to care much for small events. What reason could he possible have for not promising to see his brother?

Reshiram rolled her eyes as Xerneas threw everything he had at her. There was no way the deer would remain standing much longer if it continued spamming random attacks at her. She engulfed herself in a Fusion Flare to shield from the Moonblast's that would hit her. She also noticed two acting strangely. Uncertain how the deer could control his attacks without Psychic, but nonetheless prepared to handle them, she fired two small and precise Will-O-Wisps that caused them to detonate prematurely. But the distraction was enough for one of the massive amount of Moonblasts to smash through her Fusion Flare defense. The next collided with her, and she was smashed backwards by the impact.

Reshiram had noted Xerneas's continuous insults. And while she knew it best not to speak during a fight, she would not tolerate having such derogatory language directed at her.

"You are the incompetent one." She said angrily, "I offered to help you. I asked for nothing in return. And I offered even after you so rudely interrupted me. And yet you repay my kindness by attacking me. You are but a petulant child who deserves nothing more than to rot in the deepest, darkest pit in existence. But I pray you do not. I beseech you to stop being such a fool and learn some respect, before someone with more power than I teaches it to you. It is truly a wonder Arceus hasn't sent you to be with Giratina yet. I suppose he must have thought banishment was torture enough for his child's disobedience."

Reshiram blinked sadly. To call someone a greater punishment than eternal emptiness was something to feel sorrow over. But the way Xerneas was acting, it was true. She carefully loosed a Will-O-wisp directly at the deer, it spread out wide, engulfing a large area in tiny flickering flames. Her intent was to only do a little damage to the life bringer, it would not do to go overboard. Xerneas was weak, the burn from Will-O-Wisp would faint him in moments once it hit. If the deer somehow dodged, she would simply have to loose her full power on it. Which, in this weakened state, would likely kill it. Reshiram had no intention of killing the deer, but if it refused to learn its place, then she would be given no option.
