yeah it's permanent and you can activate in your settings that it automatically shows your daycare eggs so you don't have to click every time to use it

I would send you an invite but i messed up an started a hunt instead of a race

now i can't choose dratini for 24 hours

 

i'll tell you what to do:

 

go to your shiny recorder

click on start a race

choose dratini

choose my name (if i am on your pallpad it's easy because they are listed)

choose the goal (i prefer the fewest eggs)

opponent's poke = same as mine

and you can choose to stop the hunt or continue when i get a shiny in fewer eggs.

 

it takes a few hours to start so you should be ok with your shelter grabs

Oh cool! :3 So if I put in my shiny recorder now, that I want to do a race against you, if won't start/activate until you do? And you're on my Pal Pad so that part is simple
