There is a reason some of us don't want to live in stacked housing units.

I suggest getting a pair of noise blockers like people use on gun ranges or using equipment like chainsaws and jackhammers.

I feel confident that there is a pair that interfaces with your phone. Dunno who sells them tho.

We not-so-lovingly refer to our upstairs neighbors as 'the elephants' because that's what they sound like around midnight every single night. And many times throughout the day.

 

I think our dishwasher is officially broken. It still runs, technically, but when you run the same load 4 times and nothing actually gets clean....
