That sounds painful, but I'm glad it was properly taken care of. I get muscle cramps in my foot sometimes and those royally suck. Glad you're feeling better.

Okay this is supposed to be a 'dry heat', where is all this humidity coming from? 108 degrees is horrible anyways but add humidity and I just want to sit in front of the fan the entire day (but that makes my throat scratchy and dry...)
