Posted March 22 Book Number: 69 Number of Pages: 310 Book Title: The Therapy Room Author: Sam Baron Summary: Susan Parker's husband passed away from alleged unaliving a year before our story, and the FBI profiler is still trying to cope. The notorious serial killer, Splinter, seems to have been found dead, and now Susan has to figure out why. Review: 5/5 This novel gets a 5/5 purely for the main character's daughter, Natalie; She's deaf, and she's adorable. Her relationship with her family is adorable. The one problem I had with this book was the fact that Susan told me upfront that she has autism and OCD. Which... don't tell me that, let me read and figure that out myself. Book Number: 70 Number of Pages: 351 Book Title: The Unquiet Bones Author: Loreth Ann White Summary: Young teen's body is found under a chapel, and our cop, Jane, gets to figure out what happened, regardless of the lies the dead girl's friends told nearly 50 years earlier. Great book, interesting read and I really liked how the author weaves the words around poor Annaliese, our victim, and the people in her lives. Share this post Link to post
