How exactly does that Franks for Pairings thing work? STILL not sure I FULLY understand that one.

Example... IF I select an Astrapi female for my Dauphin's mate..... how many franks is that worth?

Francs for generations and steps can definitely be claimed for each offspring you breed! I'll try and remember to fix the wording on the francs section to reflect this. Don't forget you can also earn a franc for 3 step lineages as well!

Yes, you will be able to breed Court dragons together, though Rekha and I shall need to discuss when we plan on allowing this to begin. I personally am not against inbreeding in cases of lineage projects or storylines, though I'm not sure how Rekha feels about the subject.

Another Quick-ish Question: Do spiral (or stair) lineages need to be 'perfect' in order to qualify for francs for offspring, stair/spiral francs (referring to info copied into spoiler below)? For example, if instead of creating a spiral that alternates between male and female spouses every generation, maybe one that is a two-step spiral pattern, where spouse genders switch every two generations bred instead.

Also, if the above is acceptable, since Sylvaine is a misgender, is it possible to switch patterns part way through and her future offspring qualify for these? Or would her children not qualify since it breaks the original pattern?

Or if I inherited a lineaged royal that was a stair building up that misgenders, switch to building a stair going down (a broken stair lineage).

On that note, what if there were francs awarded for x number of generations in general in addition to the fancy pattern versions, and maybe francs awarded for number of offspring for a given pair or royal (since continuing the royal bloodline holds great importance)? Just some thoughts. ^_^

Hi, friends! Unfortunately I've still been under the weather since my last check-in, which means I'm now almost (2) days late with breeding. I do apologize for that! I'm still feeling a bit ill so I may not be as available as usual, but I'm on the mend and should be around a lot more than I was! Thank you for your continued patience and understanding on that front.

In other news, I shall be doing some important updates over the next few days. ^_^ The King's Court has unlocked their next Bonus Competition! Look for a post about that soon. Among other upcoming changes, a new way to earn francs for your prospective courts will be revealed soon, as well as a special addition to the way the Courts are ran.
