I need to put a 10% deposit down for any house I'm interested in and I have to pay to have it inspected. Also have to factor in other costs, like a truck for moving furniture or repairs to be done before moving in. Share this post Link to post
Posted June 25, 2019 Well I know with strong winds they do get blown away... so you never know I would love to put down a deposit but then I would need to save for like three years I just want to save enough money for the attorneys, property agents and the costs of the deeds. Posted June 25, 2019 Are deposits not required for you? I have to make one otherwise I don't get a mortgage. It's going to take me another 8 to 10 months of saving to reach the minimum required. I can only hope no big surprise bills appear D: Share this post Link to post
