The nurse took care of him as Azure's large family cheered for him. Azure grabbed his hand and kissed his bruised knuckles. "Don't worry baby, you one.. I'm yours... I'm yours..."She murmurs in his ear.

 

 

The tattoo woman laughed and started talking. Saying to Venus and the other women that she would be leon's only mate and how it sucked she can't kill her to end her pathetic weak life. Then she leaned down and murmurs something to Venus.

 

Her ear twitched and she closed her eyes. The tattooed woman took this as defeat and started making her victory cry when.... SNAP! .... crack... chra.... Crack!

 

The woman jumped off as Venus got to her feet, they were bent funny and longer then they were supposed to be. Her face was a fox, fur stretching down her neck, arms had claws and black fur turning orange heading up passed her elbow halfway to her shoulder. Her feet where small paws.

 

The popping noise continued as she growls at the lioness. Her voice a hiss, more guttural, eyes sheer furry. Whatever she said really ticked her off. "Mmmmiiiinnneee........" She pounced on the lioness who called out a rule brake as she tried to keep the jaws from snapping on her shoulder.

 

Venus wasn't fully animal, so technically she wasn't breaking any rule. She broke the lion tail and whipped the girl up slamming her on the ground three times before she was knocked out.

 

Venus then stumbled to Leon, nearly ripping his shirt as she exposed the back of his neck and clamped down on it, marking him -a normally private thing- in front of everyone as her way of laying claim to him. The marks would scar between his tattoos and be a source of her scent permanently on him, so any supernatural with heightened noses can tell who his mate was. The sounds came again as she let go of him and collapsed reverting back to normal.

Minho mumbled softly his fingers flexing "i told you, you will be mine, i will mark y-you when i can to keep others off of you."

 

Leon was surprised when she had changed but cheered when she had won. He hadd went to hug her but was surprised when she marked him in front of everyone. He caught her as she fell back lifting her up taking her to the medics as two others are taking care of the other girl. He smiled at her "shh shh you have me you are ok."

Azure nodded and cuddles with him. "Rest okay? I'm with you now.."

 

 

 

"Mine... " She moaned and curled up in his arms.

Minho smiled softly letting his eyes slowly close. His tail was wagging slowly and he let out small happy noises as he put azures head gently on his chest.

 

Leon helped lay venus on the medic bed/table slowly stroking her cheek as he purred "i am here for you, yes i am yours and only yours don't worry."

Azure sighed and rubbed his ears as the nurse looked at him patching him up. After they gave him meds and let him sleep for a little while, the ladies in the family shooed azure out. They woke him up, all the adults looking at him. Solea spoke. "Minho, traditionally the woman give the newest member... ah.... pointers before it's official.. if you understand me here....." She was trying not to giggle.

 

 

"Did I.... really bite you?" She said quietly. "It's all a blur. I just remember her saying.... you'd... never want a dog and half breed kids.... and I just.. snapped..." She rubbed her head and moved her jaw popping it into place.

Minho blushed softly and looked at the women shyly "uhm i-i guess i understand though i'm not sure why." He let out a low groan as he sat up his ears to the side a little confused.

 

Leon leaned forward showing her the bite marks. "yes you really did bite me right in front of everyone though i don't know why you would bite me to begin with." He kissed her softly on the nose "if any of that was true i wouldn't have dated you. but i love you and only you could make me happy."

"First timers are a little stressed and anxious. This takes some edge off when one knows the other quirks. And because, girls know what a girl wants,and guys know what guys like, the opposite genders give the other pointers." said her mother. "All deerkin have the same quirk pertaining to out animal side. For example, males get riled when his girl rubs the fur on his antlers... although that might work for her too..." said a tall slender dark skinned woman with ears of a female gazelle that was Azure's first step sister.

 

"We all have our own that pertains to ourselves, not our ears and tail, but only our husbands know about that. Don't worry azure is getting the same talk too... but..um... you're a fox... so, they might be a little stuck on that... " "Ha! We're talking about azure here... and my husband... they both find out for themselves. Seamus probably asked someone who has a lot of experience with a fox or a fox themselves.... either way, she's getting a lesson too." She smiled. " We're only going to tell you how to set the mood between the two of you. The rest you got to find out from her. A happy wife, is a happy life. And after her nearly making that elk a woman with those horns, you better be careful..."

"Not that she'd do that to you of course. But here's the thing, ears and tail. Nibble the ears, and rub the tail. Why do you think she asked you to stop petting her horns and tail her freshman year sweetie? You had unknowingly found the weakness of all Deerkin ladies!" She giggled.

 

 

 

Venus blushed bright red. "I marked you as mine. Now you'd smell like me a little bit. .... Foxes are like dogs we.. um... Mark our territory. But it's... normally done while.. um. You know..."

Minho was bright red and nodded slowly "well i'm different then most foxes..most like their tails touched but uhm i don't so that may catch them off guard. i guessed that was why she made me stop, that or i was hurting her but she didn't seem in pain. i know to be careful but hey if she makes me a girl it won't make it any better for her.she wont have me if she does that to me she will end up with a female fox. mine is only found from very rare foxes..i enjoy if my lower back is rubbed just right and i like uhm well like hot breath or a gentle touch on my chest by my neck, so i don't know if they will find anyone else with those."

 

Leon blushed a deep red "Thats why you bit me?? i thought that was private, you couldn't wait a little bit until well you know.."

Solea giggled. "I guess she already found that out. She told me she likes making you blush. One other thing, no roughness. Not every girl likes that. We'll take you to your house. It's a starter type house, that's what we call it. Two bedroom bone bath log cabin. Perfect for the both of you. Azure is probably already there waiting for you. Come along.. oh This is Aada. She'll take you there when you're ready" She winked and waved to the tall dark skinned woman with the gazelle ears.

 

 

"It usually is... but... i was running on instinct. I.. actually didn't know foxes can become a half shift like that. It.... was extremely painful.... I can bite you again later if you want.... " She yawned running her hands through his hair and murmurs how soft it was before falling asleep.

Minho blushed as he followed her blushing "alright, i am ready when ever you think i am ready." He stretched nodding "no roughness unless she tells me otherwise."

 

Leon lifted venus up carrying her to a nice small house out in the country but nearby. He watched her as he set her in bed letting her sleep.

Aada nodded and lead him down a path to the woods. The cabin was secluded and quite small. She stopped and waved him to the cabin before leaving.

 

 

Venus slept for a half hour and stretched when she woke up, making a squeaky yawn. "Hey love.... "

Minho smiled at azure hugging her softly. He had made breakfast and a cup of coffee as the winter day was cold. He kissed her as he looked at her "so what plans do you have for today?"

 

 

Leon yawned as he woke up sleepily walking to the showers getting in. He washed himself well before walking into the kitchen in a pair of sweatpants. His hair was a mess since he had forgotten to brush it.

Azure had lost her horns once again. She doodles the next tattoo design. She wasn't a artist, but helped out drawing tribal designs for the local tattoo artist.... that so happened to be her step sister Aada. She worked to help pay the bills of her nursing school. She even helped deliver her newest niece while interning at the hospital. She was very happy in their little three bed two bath home. She sat at the table alternating between drawing and homework. She got in college early, actually as a freshman, so she only had two more of the six years to be a nurse practitioner.

 

 

 

Venus was getting ready for her show tonight. She worked nights Friday to Sunday at a casino dropping the brace for the club there. During the morning, she took courses at ITT to become a programmer like her dad, and help him at his work. He'd fix the internal hard drives, she'd fix the files and back up everything checking for viruses. She tested beats bobbing her head to the sound as she made another track for tonight. The job payed really well and sometimes she'd land gigs at other clubs and frat parties during the week.

Minho was happy, he had gotten into college when most people were juniors being almost as smart as azure. He was working at a hospital fixing the machines and making sure everything ran smoothly. He was going to college to be a technician for all the new machines coming out. Minho laid a big breakfast out in front of azure beside her work and set down a cup of coffee for himself "what would you like to drink babe?"

 

LEon was taking classes to be a mechanic always having been good at fixing stuff. He was working at a gas station now though a manager there making pretty good pay. He sat down at the table relaxing as he watched venus do her magic.

Azure attacks the pancakes. "Milk? You know the one I like. I only drink soy or almond milk. " She shoved aside her work and sliced up the cakes eating them like she was starving.

 

 

Venus stopped and pulled off the headphones. "I'll burn this on to a CD so you can listen to it at work if you take a look at Zenith for me... I think the oil is leaking...please baby?" She batted her eyes at him, indicating the old bark blue 78 mustang cobra she had got for graduation from her grandma's stash of mint condition cars.

Minho chuckled getting her almond milk this time putting the glass beside her. He sat down to eat his own pancakes coffee at his side as he ate after puttig a little syrup on his pancakes.

 

Leon sighed rubbing his neck, she knew he liked music at work but she also knew he didn't like bringing college work home. He sighed as he looked at her and rubbed his forehead in defeat "fine, i will fix your car but you have to remember, i am your lover your one and only, not your mechanic so really why bribe me why not do it just to be nice?"

Azure finished first and drank her milk as she finished her last problem, snapping the heavy book shut and kissing him. "Thank you darling! Breakfast was delicious!"

 

 

"Well I was going to give you it anyway but my latest job is in the middle of nowhere and I wanted to come home early to sleep with my husband and not in my car waiting for a tow truck again. I know you don't like having homework sweetie.. I'm sorry I bribed you." She said running her fingers through her hair and sighs.

Minho smiled as he finished his breakfast. He kissed her softly as he hugged her "thank you, i am glad you like it."

 

Leon nodded and gave her a soft kiss. He went out to her car and started to work on it, it would take him a while but he wanted her home and not in her car.

Azure grinned up at him. "Of course I do love.. I think it's odd you can cook better than me, but it certainly beats the hospital food. Although they do make really good turkey. I'll help you clean up, my shift shift starts in a half hour so I have time. " She hugged him and cleaned off the plates putting them in the dishwasher to be cleaned.

 

 

Venus went outside to watch him, having never seen him work on a car... but smelled the oil on him when he came home from school. He always showered after school, but she never told him she kinda liked the smell on him. While he worked she unplugged her headphones and made her music so he can hear it.

Minho cleaned up the table as well as making sure the laundry was started. He smiled "my dad taught me how to cook, he has always been a good cook."

 

Leo worked on the car for twenty minutes before finding out what was wong and fixing it. He enjoyed the music and smiled at her "thank you for the music, it should be fixed now." Leon hugged her, he still smelled of oil but he didn't care at the moment.

"Don't you mean your papi? I always see him cooking." She said as she vacuumed the floor and put away her books. She looks at the clock and kissed him deeply before rushing around. "Bye sweetie!" She said as she ran out the door and stuffed her things on the passenger side of her car as she started it up and went down the road to the hospital.

 

 

Venus breathed him in, her tail wagging. "I have something for you. We're married by marks and the paperwork, but no ceremony and I'm fine with that..... but....humans don't know when to back off so... I got you this. It's sturdy and won't get caught in a engine. I thought you would like a ring... " She held up the black ring and nosed his neck. "I really love the smell of oil on you.. it makes you more attractive to me."

Minho smiled nodding as he gave her a kiss watching her go. An hour later he got into his car for his shift at the hospital to fix machines that Azure would need to use sooner or later.

 

Leon purred softly grabbing her by the waist kissing her gently. He handed her a ring that was elegant ring. He was happy to have her so close to him, He put the ring on his finger and smiled "i will have to remember that."

Azure bussled about the halls and helped patients. She smiled at Minho when he arrived at work as she pushed a week chair to a discharged patient in another room.

 

 

Venus smiled at the ring and slipped it on her finger kissing him. "And I love it when you holding me like this. " she leans against his chest.

Minho smiled at azure before running about to fix some equipment that was just broken.

 

Leon smiled kissing her back as he held her "i enjoy having you in my arms as well." He set his head gently on top of hers purring quite loudly.

Azure worked for a while and took a break in the cafeteria, her head on the table looking tired. Nurses where not really appreciated too often in hospitals... it was emotionally tiresome.

 

 

Venus giggled. "Doesn't kitty have to go to school in twenty minutes?" She asked wagging her tail.
