The Epic Duo (RWyvern and Draggie)

Ideas? Hmm...let's see...

I'd like to work on Takhorr's personality more. I'd also like to practice his role; Takhorr is sorta evil (more of a 'sidekick who has to do the tasks set OR ELSE'.) As for storyline...*ponders*

Maybe it could go along the lines of this: Takhorr has been sent out by his master to do whatever task there is (maybe he plays a large role in the taking over of a kingdom by assassinating the leaders) and causes havoc from then on.

Yupsicles. I agree with that. Maybe someone who escapes the initial attack and thus gets to see what Takhorr's like?

I think that'd be awesome c: Maybe located somewhere in the mountains, like a huge network of caves and the like?

Name: Leira (Li-rah)

Age: 230 (23 human years)

Gender: Female.

Species: A fluffy mountain dragon /shot. A Great Spirit dragon.

Appearance: Leira is a very light cream colour with baby blue swirls on her tails, arm and back leg muscles and wings. She can sprout her wings when she wishes or keep them in her body. She isn't the best flier, but she has lots of knowledge for a very young age. She has a white mane going from the top of her head to the end of her tail and light blue 'paws'. Her muzzle is a square shape with a bit of a triangle, perfect for attack and hunting. Her teeth are sharp and small, with two bigger canines up the front and molars to crunch bone. One eye is a chocolate brown and the other red. Leira is elegant and has a body around the size of a car, but she's still a beauty and constantly hunted for her extremely rare mane.

Personality: Leira is knowledgable without her knowing, but she constantly gives information out to younger dragons. She tells lots of stories and believes in spirits, but she isn't a 'omg my god I chant a lot the spirits are gonna eat me' dragon, she rather believes in spirits living everywhere, not worried about them. She isn't the strongest flier due to the fact she can spread her wings or make them disappear into her flesh (that sounds weird) but she preffers flying. She loves younger dragons, wanting to have a family one day. She is nice but the bad thing about her is trust. You have to grow up with her, make one hundred swears you won't spill her secrets and jump off a cliff to make her trust you. She hates humans as well.

History: You'll learn... muahahahahaha.

Abilities/strengths: Her strength is her fast running, when she has a weakness for flying. Her ability is air helps her speed through anything and since she's half demon (long story, history), her eyes sometimes both glow red when she's really mad or sorrow, giving her extreme power. However, she doesn't know who is which and hurts anyone she sees (even friends).

Other: letsmaketarhokkandherhavebabies /hung then shot.

Name: Takhorr

Age: Mid-thirties (human years)

Gender: Male

Species: Nhyrhys

Appearance: Takhorr

Personality: Cunning, adventurous and sly, enjoys killing for fun. But somewhere under his evil actions he longs to be free from the unbreakable bonds that hold him.

History: When he was a young hatchling, Takhorr wandered too far from the small cave system he, his family and a few others lived in, miles from anywhere. Unable to find his way back, his desperate cries eventually caught the attention of a larger dragon. This dragon captured Takhorr and took him in, planning to use him to carry out his deeds. Having been taught from such a young age, Takhorr eventually lost understanding of right and wrong and had little guilt in the various activities he undertook. But as he grew older, he began to feel the slightest pangs of guilt, and now wonders if there really is such thing as a right and wrong after all.

Abilities/strengths: Speed, agility and intelligence are all major strong points. He uses his speed to confuse enemies. He is an expert in utilizing shadows as cover, and in darkness his eyes emit the slightest red glow. He can track unseen opponents via the vibrations they leave.

Other: He has multiple fine scars all over his body, and often likes to be alone. However, despite his preferences to be by himself, inwardly he feels lonely and forgotten by his master. His actions are often similar to a snake's, particularly in hunting, feeding and attacking enemies.

(( me start c: ))

Leira yawned, paw over paw. They hung over the side of a cliff as she stared out into the pink and orange sunset. Her stomach churned - she felt as if something would happen. Something bad. She shuffled forward, peering over the cliff. There was her kingdom, a huge cave underground and on the side of the cliff. It was a lazy day, everyone asleep or busy in the caves. She rested her head on her paws... her one red and one brown eye looking out. What would happen? Her gut churned again, something was happening. She knew it. She rose her head, flicking it back and fourth. Her long ears twitched as she turned around to the crumbling human stone wall behind her. It was covered in ivy and plants, almost broken down.

Takhorr crouched behind a large rock, pinned between it and the stone wall, his tail writhing slightly with anticipation. He knew what his goal was - infiltrate the kingdom and work up to the throne room, looking out over the land. He was worried at first that such an obvious place would leave him open to being spotted, but night was beginning to fall and the cover of darkness would come to his aid. He jumped onto the rock, surveying the surroundings. He was at the top of the cliff; the throne room was slightly to his right. He picked out a path down, aiming for a second cave entrance not too far from the throne room. He lowered himself and scurried across the ground, keeping against the wall. Then he edged forward, peering over the cliff. The drop was a long way down and his heart gave a little leap. One false step and he'd be history. Here was hoping the path he had picked out was stable.

Leira rested her head on her paws again. She wanted to be down there, watching the king, but she needed peace. She swallowed, then heard a sound. She turned her head quickly to the side - what was it? A crack? She knew something was happening!

"Hello?!"

She yelled out.

(( Using her base colours c;

Well... couldn't find cream colour x3 ))

((Huge lag on my end ;_;))

Takhorr froze as heard the shout, head downwards and half off the edge of the cliff. Without moving, he surveyed the area. There - he could have kicked himself for not noticing beforehand - a large white dragon some distance off. Still, it was dark, and the night gave him vital cover. He scurried down a bit further. A stone broke away and plummeted towards the ground. Takhorr sucking in his breath through his teeth. This was not going to be so easy after all. He was in no position to go back now.

Leira scanned the area, raising her ears. Nothing around... even with her incredible hearing. She sighed, cut off all thoughts and looked out to the moon slowly rising and the sun dropping under the hills. She was hungry and thirsty, but she wanted to stay and protect the kingdom.

(( Should we skip to after he murders the king? ))

((Nah, I'm going to go the full task >:D))

Takhorr chuckled dryly under his breath. The dragon hadn't spotted him and no more of the path had broken away, so he dashed down the rest of the way, perching at the entrance of the cave. His long tail hung down and his wings helped hide his form. His large ears flicked around, trying to catch any sounds. There were none to be heard that could indicate another dragon. He ran into the cave, keeping along the wall. The cave exit was right at the back - if he had it right, that was a branch off the main arterial tunnel connecting the various caves together. The throne room should be along this tunnel...

He cautiously stuck his head out into the tunnel, listening for sounds and peering around the darkness. Hopefully most of the dragons were asleep by now. He brought the rest of his body out into the tunnel and turned to his right. Without making a sound, he ran up the tunnel. He smiled to himself as a faint glow of light reached his eyes. There was the throne room.

Hireny looked at his claws admirely, sighing. Where were his serveants? He usually let them off to rest or relax in the middle of the day, but they were called. He sighed, yawned and rested his head on his paws.

Hireny... watch... sound

He blinked. Someone was sending him a telepathic message. He couldn't make out the crackled message, it was as if someone was flying in the air and shouting above the wind... wait? What sound? What should he watch out for?

Before he could even pop a thought into his head... it was already too late.

Takhorr growled softly under his breath, creeping up to the entrance. He studied the king carefully, planning out his best path of attack. He crept up another step - then another - and another - until he was in the clear to pounce. He did so, pushing himself forward with a beat of his wings and with all claws extended, he landed heavily on Hireny's back, wrapping his claws viciously into the kings neck.

Hireny screeched, but it was cut off when the dragon started ripping into his throat. He felt his voicebox go limp and tried to scream, but nothing came out. He couldn't even use his powers... what was this dragon doing?! Suddenly the life drained from his eyes, and he slumped down onto the throne.

Leira bolted down the side of the cliff, spreading her wings. Hireny! He was in danger! She just knew it... a gut feeling. She felt a little dizzy as the smell of blood came into her strong nostrils and she floated into the almost-hidden throne room. There was Hireny. Dead. She screeched, running around to look for whoever did this. When she heard dragons coming in to check it out, she flew out the exit in the roof so they wouldn't think she killed him.

Leira whined and flew as fast as she could over the cliff. She headed over the ivory-covered walls, skidding on them. Tears ran from her eyes... Hireny... dead... throat ripped apart. Who had done this? She cried out again, stopped in mid air and floated down to the ground. She stopped her tears and when she felt her body changing, she cried out. No... don't... fly... into... the demon mode. She swallowed and tried not to go into the demon mode.

Takhorr grinned as the scent of blood reached his nostrils, relishing the feel of his claws digging into flesh. Holding onto the king with a death grip, he hung on tightly until the great dragon collapsed, dead, on the ground. Chuckling dryly to himself, he released his victim. Out of the corner of his eye, he saw a movement. The dragon he had seen earlier - she was coming. He turned around and bolted back down the tunnel, returning to the cave he had originally entered. He looked over his shoulder as he heard a horrified shriek and pressed himself against the wall as dragons rushed to investigate. He slowly backed out towards the entrance - as soon as he got close enough, he could glide down to the ground and escape. Nobody would even know...

(( who are you? ))

Leira swallowed, closing her eyes. She was fine... she'd just stay here. She heard beats of wings and yelling, then turned up. The kingdom were coming for her, shouting things like 'you did it!' and 'traitor!' she stood her ground and watched them... they couldn't kill her. A lump formed in her throat as they touched down, suddenly blasting every power at her. She cried out, stepping back and suddenly sending a gush of air that pushed a few of them back... wait? She could bend air? She smiled... wait... she tried to push it out to the others again, but nothing came. Anger boiled up inside her body and she roared, suddenly sending out a puff of fire.

What?

(( She's just discovered her powers vary on her emotions at the time ))

((Uh...wut? xd.png))

Takhorr heard the shouts from the throne room - blaming the other dragon for killing the king. Fantastic! He whipped around, spread his wings and jumped from the cliff, arms and legs tucked in against his side. He glided down towards the ground, hoping no-one would see him. He tucked his wings in slightly, making the fall faster. And then, with a soft thud, he landed, glancing up towards the throne room. A red glow emitted, telling Takhorr that fire was now involved. Things were starting to heat up - literally.

Leira spun around, letting out a fury of flames. Dragons cooked, and shadows emitting from her body drove them away. She sighed, almost fainting. She panted, looking at the ground. He mind unclogged and she realised one thing... she did have powers. They varied on her personality. Proud? Purple - shadows. Anger? Red - fire. Fright - white - air. She sighed... oh god. Takhorr saw a wave of flames rippling around the cave before they dismissed, and illuminated against the glow he saw the same dragon as earlier. Slightly taken aback, he realized that she had special powers. And she looked angry. He backed up a bit more, seeing further into the cave. He knew now was the time to run - but somehow, he couldn't. He was stuck to the spot, watching the mayhem above.

Everyone had disappeared after she roasted them and literally shot purple shadows right to their scales. She held back her breath... no one was dead. Good. Or were they? She blew out a puff of air, and it touched the ground. Regret... lovely. She got up and pressed her paw hard into the ground, hoping she could sink in. Maybe she could break the earth and hide there for awhile? She threw away her stupid plan, and suddenly vines shot out from under her feet. She jumped back, okay. She had to learn to control her powers. With everyone gone, she could try. She took a step back, but the vines followed her. She shot her paw out to the front, and the vines catapulted towards that spot. She smiled... aim with your paw... let the vines do the work.

Leira shook her mane and pressed her paw into the ground again. They sunk more as she pushed harder. They were eventually gone, and she sat in the meadow.

(( Regret - green - nature ))
