Because I just kind of assumed that they were (my intro mentioned she was just getting used to the new room/trying to get Tim settled) already there and no one really noticed until they decided to do stuff If I need to edit, delete my post, I will x3 I'm a bit out of it right now and might have gotten a little mixed up. You should be the one to decide, since from your post, it can be understood that she was at the academy during the weekend, but she merely didn't leave her room.
