Posted August 30, 2017 (edited) Cell and Freeza are dragonball characters, Eneru is from one piece. The Chimera Ant King in hunter x hunter looks and acts like a mix of them. But he has gotten significant character growth since challenging a young blind girl to a boardgame. It was a really touching moment where after going through a potential relapse in villainism he's marching to her room to kill her, opens the door and finds her cowering from an attacking eagle.
