"If it has a face, it has a name"

Recommended Posts

I, Alesita, agree that if it has a face, it has a name!

I name every dragon i get, even if its a messy one. Only the old 4 symbol make an exception ( nostalgy ).

I, Baepbird, agree that if it has a face, it has a name.

I mainly look at the code they have and give them names and nicknames. Or by some rules I set...

This seems like a really nice thing to do! I can't wait until my eggs hatch so I can name them

I, Kassy, agree that if it has a face, it has a name.

The only two unnamed dragons on my scroll have a four letter code and a dirty code and even then I still gave them nicknames.

I, calona, agree that if it has a face, it has a name.

I always named my dragons, I changed my naming scheme two times, and now I really like my Greek mythology theme scroll !

I also love my Pipio Pygmies, and they are in charge of delimiting areas in the scroll so they get a banner type name that I find aesthetically pleasing 😊

I, Tacita agree that if it has a face, it has a name.

I usually name my hatchlings as soon as they gender, though sometimes it may take me a few days. I come up with the names using google translate with a word that sort of fits the breed, then changing the language until I find one that I think works.

I've changed my naming scheme a few times over the years. I try to stick to themes (e.g. Nebula Dragons get names akin to constellations) but mostly I try to make a name out of the code. For example I turn 9's into g's or p's, 7 into s's or l's, etc. Also I find it fun to name my two-heads with two names (like this one) as it gives each head it's own persona. :)

I, SolSoul, agree that if it has a face, it has a name.

I may have a few unnamed hatchlings here or there if I plan to trade them, but they'll get named as soon as I think of something once they're adults/frozen. :D.
