There's no reason to assume bratty behavior from new players that hasn't even happened yet. I agree with missy_, it's time to step back from that ledge. The mods will take care of it if there's a problem, that's what they volunteered to do. There's no reason to ruin other people's fun over hypotheticals.

 

Anyway, I agree black Lunars sounds awesome, hoping LadyLyzar will consider it. That spriteset is legendary, just imagine how pretty the black would be with those wings. ❤️

 

Also, on-topic, wow, those moons are moving fast, huh? I saw some people predict a lunar eclipse on the 10th or 11th, but looking at the graphic now, it might be happening sooner than we thought! Better make eggspace soon, everyone!

Both gold and silver sonatas show up in the market. I bought BLUE but got Gold. @TJ09

My gold egg was removed from my scroll and my shards given back.

They were both silver. Guess I slipped in right after TJ fixed it. Everyone who tried for a silver but got a gold should have been refunded now. 

 

Breeding a blue male X gold female didn't produce a silver though. Ended up with a gold.

my very first "Silver from the Market" was a Gold, but it got taken back and refunded.

now I'm full up with Silver.

I've heard that the Silver ones can be bred, and will try that in two days.... if the Silver one is still in the Market.

I'm excited!

I imagine we'll have to wait until May 11 May 10 at 8 PM to be assured of a 100% chance at silver offspring. But I'm only guessing, like everyone else.

I just picked up a silver from Alpine, so it may be that they CAN start to spawn around an eclipse, and then guaranteed on it?

Got another one at 4:34, this time gold, also from the volcano. Seems to be random chance currently. The text is still all the same but the graphic looks like both moons are around 3/4ths into the umbra.

 

Same text, 9:20 am, still volcano, but this one is silver! Graphic has both moons more or less fully in the umbra.

 

So that’s:

9:20 pm May 8, volcano, blue

4~ am May 9, volcano, blue

4:34 am May 9, volcano, gold

9:20 am May 9, volcano, silver

I just got a blue one from the Forest.

Just bred a pair of gold sonata, and got a gold egg

I've managed to catch 2 and they were both golds.

 

Also of note, the moons seems to be moving more frequently than the normal phase change.

Maybe hourly? 

 

Someone check in an hour!

 

It could also be daily at Midnight or something.

It’s been an around an hour and they’re the same, can’t be midnight though since they definitely moved between 4:30~ and 9:30~

 

Edit: caught another blue one in the 7:45pm drop, coast this time.
 

Anyone tracking “Time of Day It is night. The sun is setting” though? I wonder if the moons are moving halfway between stations at 6 am and 6 pm since that’s sunrise/sunset for the sunrise/sunset dragons.
