So, I go out for lunch with someone yesterday and return to work to find a full staff meeting in progress. Do you think that just maybe, when I let the person at reception know I was leaving, she could have possibly told me about the meeting? Turns out no one had even told the poor volunteer answering the phone so when the board president tried calling for people, said volunteer sounded kind of clueless not knowing where they were, and it wasn't her fault. This organization has some serious issues with communication.
