The rest of the team grows; Frank even gets promoted to praetor wink.gif as;ldkfj I can't even describe the rest - it was too good.

Summary: A girl named Alice falls down a rabbit hole and has a really weird journey through an upside down, fantastical world of talking animals and animated playing cards.

Review: The second book I've had to read in my sci-fi/fantasy mooc class (along with its twin Through the Looking Glass that I am in the middle of now) for the second week of class. I'm not sure what the hooplah is about this book. I found it rather mediocre. A nice weekend read though, I suppose.

Review: Feel about the same with this book as I did with Alice. It's mediocre and I'm not sure what the big deal is with Carroll's writing.

The Spenser books are best when Parker wrote them. The new author who took over the plotted stories to finish them just doesn't have quite the same touch for writing Spenser as Parker did. The pages don't turn themselves

People don't have any appreciation for non-english classics these days :'( I understand why the 100 page rule is in place, but meh. I'm just a tad upset that Medea and The Art of War don't count as books by these standards.

@SanguineWolf: If you're not sure how many pages the books have, you can check sites like goodreads. You may not find the edition that you read, but you can see if the books would count or not.
