Posted July 27, 2013 I have two shimmers so far, a bronze and a gold. Serenity (my bronze) grew up last week and has bred twice now. Both times she had bronze eggs. Mated with a Male Moonstone. Simon, my gold, grew up this morning, mated him with my waterhorse (dorkface lineage) and they had a waterhorse. Share this post Link to post

Posted July 30, 2013 (edited) I'm going to give my Shims a week off from breeding, to give them a break and also to give me more time to find a CB Blusang (unlikely to happen, but I can hope). So I did some calculations with my current records. In summary: I'm successful breeding shiny babies about 2/3 of the time. The rest is about 50/50 between fails and no eggs. Posted August 14, 2013 My shimmers have been breeding unusually well recently. (Including combinations with water walker, guardian, royal blue, this even gen, cave lurker) from yesterday and today (12th and 13th). I've had a one or two shimmerfails/no interests, though. Share this post Link to post
Posted August 14, 2013 I've this weird thing going on. My lower gen shimmers are a complete waste of space while the higher gen/messy ones breed even better than normal. Oh well, at least my tinsels are more reliable and have steady breeding rate irrespective the gen. Share this post Link to post
