The queen made her entrance quite clear when she landed on my laptop screen. (Since the hotel was in the middle of nowhere, I can safely say that the ants came outta nowhere, too! ) Totally randomly, just this morning, it crossed my mind that the band name Yolanda Be Cool (to which I don't have any deeper connection other than that the radio plays them on the radio every now and then - We No Speak Americano, and I don't even remember when was the last time I heard it) actually is a reference to Pulp Fiction, the scene where Yolanda and her spouse try to rob the restaurant and Jules tell her to "be cool." (Like when I asked a shirt shopping site to update their FAQ with current international shipping costs because in my last order it had doubled from 5 to 10 dollars, and they told me that some "promotion" for free national shipping had run out - which NEVER EVER applied to me since I was asking for INTERNATIONAL shipping costs. After an exchange of some emails in which they insisted on mentioning that stupid promo I just told them to delete my account there.
