One Shumoga egg, no other eggs on my scroll.

 

One Earthquake attempt. Success on 1st attempt (hurray!)

 

I used @Lushwave's method outlined here

Result: The earthquake cracks the egg's shell, and a baby dragon scampers out. It tries to run away, but you catch it.

This is the result of my first time trying Earthquake! Sorry I don't have a screenshot, I forgot to take one. 😟 I had another egg on my scroll that I was waiting on, so I used Earthquake a little later than I wanted and they all had s5 cracks despite me fogging them at s3.

The egg was a Shumoga. I got it to hatch via kill after Earthquake didn't work.

All in all, not a bad first attempt. No deaths Ended up with 3 wild Shumoga (2 via Earthquake the other via kill) and 1 Motus Cantormaris. Unfortunately the one that got away is one of the two I was hoping to keep the most.

Summary: 3/3 survived

I'm lucky that my first earthquake attempt ended as successfully as it did and my Cantormaris is now motus.

Not an EQ, I used kill on both eggs because I have a Siyat close to hatching and I want it to hatch Purple, didn't want to risk early hatching.

 

Kill worked great though!

 

Both eggs unfogged about 2-3 hours before and put in hatcheries, kill used around 700V/200UV for both.

Posting this in here because I asked in TLQ and nobody said anything, so here goes. 

 

Have y'all ever done a large number of earthquakes and nothing happened? 3 1/2 out

of 4 of my currently visible action log pages are full of earthquakes, and every single one

of them had no effect. The eggs were low-time (a little over 1 day remaining) and had

no cracks.

@OMGitsKairi Idk if you got an answer yet but in the wiki it says eggs must be cracked to hatch from an earthquake (copy pasted this from higher up in the thread, thanks @Iveolra for sharing this info!)

I know they needed to be cracked to hatch by earthquake but I was trying to kill them. 🤣 I'll wait for them to crack next time I guess...
